This position plays a critical role in ensuring reusable assets are returned promptly to service centers while supporting retail partners through efficient transportation planning, inventory management, and exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a smooth, cost-effective supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Reverse Logistics Oversight
Manage the return flow of reusable assets from retail salvage locations to designated service centers.
Monitor inventory levels to keep sites properly stocked and minimize production delays or changeovers.
Customer & Partner Relations
Act as the main contact for collection points, including closed-loop systems, food banks, and asset recovery sites.
Provide timely assistance to reduce trailer dwell times and prevent detention charges.
Transportation Coordination
Plan and execute daily transportation activities, including:
Selecting carriers, routes, and shipping modes
Ensuring accurate shipping documentation
Tracking shipments via TMS and Control Tower systems
Working with salvage teams to optimize trailer space and secure loads
Partnering with third-party logistics providers to meet deadlines and validate freight costs
Operational Support
Confirm accurate and timely receipt of shipments in ERP systems with service center teams.
Resolve documentation issues with logistics partners as needed.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Access, QlikView, or Power BI is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience via phone and email
Collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or implementation support

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.

About the Role

The Distribution Construction Analyst will be responsible for supporting the consistent and effective administration of the CAMP system for GPC. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for all Lighting and Smart Services CAMP, process rate change requests, working with suppliers to resolve contract billing and payment issues, process invoices, purchase requisitions, create and route amendments, and processing all cool compliance requests. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and be able to communicate effectively to build professional relationships with all contract vendors and throughout GPC.
Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Creating Purchase Requisitions/Change Purchase Requisitions in Maximo
+ Provide CAMP support to Support Services Contract Team
