Some after-hours availability is required, as the service- phone must remain monitored to support customer needs.

Major Function of the Position:
To manage all white glove and freight service partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination from pickup to delivery. The role oversees fixture rollouts, transportation provider performance, and the management of the freight audit and bill pay provider, including oversight of the invoice-to-payment cycle. The essential responsibilities and duties of this position are:
Oversee all white glove logistics partnerships, including management of fixture deliveries, transfers, and disposals; ensure adherence to brand presentation standards and service-level expectations.
Serve as business lead for all domestic and international freight programs (Air, Ocean, and LTL); manage freight broker relationships, evaluate bids and spot quotes, and ensure carrier alignment with cost, compliance, and service objectives.
Lead vendor transitions and RFP trial implementations across logistics partners, providing analytical insight and strategic guidance to ensure successful onboarding and performance outcomes.
Monitor carrier and service provider performance metrics, identify trends and inefficiencies, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership for process and cost improvements.
Oversee the freight audit and bill-pay process, partnering with vendors and AP to validate accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper G/L mapping and invoice coding logic.

Act as key liaison between internal departments (Logistics, Sales Support, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution Centers) and external logistics providers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and performance.
Deliver cost and performance analytics, including freight spend analysis, carrier utilization, and service-level reporting to support business decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and cost management.

Primary Functions:
Support Government property management as acting Inventory Control Point Functional Manager (ICPFM) for Government property pertaining to all Naval Surface Weapons assigned.
Coordinate and lead bi-weekly meetings of Raytheon Missile Defense (RMD) Government Owned Material (GOM) Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Coordinate and lead annual meetings of GOM Working Group with the RMD and Navy Property group. Update working documents and close out GOM action items, make recommendations for contract modifications to the Tech Rep Office. Review RMD technical proposals for compatibility and suitability with other contracts and GOM related documents. Provide inventory status for Government-owned Surface Missiles material, recommend disposition instructions for excess GOM to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Plant Clearance Officer.
Prepare and submit Material Push Documents for processing, witness buildup of test assets for compliance to missile processing requirements, review Raytheon's missile manufacturing work instructions and validate the shipping and storage is in accordance with Department of Transportation (DoT).

Responsible for fostering a productive work environment while assisting in daily operations within the Logistics Center. Plays a critical role in support of field aircraft operations in picking, shipping, receiving, storing, and testing of inventory, and special tools; to and from vendors or field bases.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
Picking, shipping and receiving of parts, supplies, and special tools for support of field bases.
Parts Processing: Processing of Ramco-generated Material Movement Documents for aircraft parts, goods and/or supplies for field maintenance facilities and local shops.
Parts Shipping: Works closely with scheduling high priority (counter to counter) shipments with various carriers while ensuring that parts are delivered by requested due dates to aircraft undergoing maintenance.
Budgetary: Requests and adheres to departmental budgets for office and shipping supplies while also adhering to budgetary guidelines for expenses associated with freight and movement of materials within the Air Methods organization
Quality Control: Adheres to quality control and compliance with all FAA, SOX, and DOD regulations. Maintains the Logistics Center in a neat and organized manner, ensuring a safe work environment.
Inventory Administration: Partners with Corporate Inventory Administration by conducting scheduled cycle counts of inventory while ensuring accuracy by monitoring labeling, bin assignments, and movement of inventory within the organization. Conducts audits at base locations for Inventory team as needed.
Inventory Receiving: Performs receipts of aircraft parts, goods and/or supplies from approved vendors ordered on a company purchase or repair order within the Ramco software system. Coordinates with buyers and repair coordinators to obtain necessary traceability and serviceability documentation.
Parts Delivery: As needed for AOG parts needs, ability to drive to parcel sort centers/airports/bases to hand deliver components to mechanics for OOS aircraft. Ability to perform outside normal hours on-call duties to support AOG parts needs.
Entry of data into Ramco Aviation Software Systems.
Performs counts and bay maintenance of inventory. Identifies and formulates root cause for discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned, to include safe operations in compliance with Air Methods Safety Management System (SMS) and participation in Air Methods 6S lean initiative for organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.

Communicate with trucking companies, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers, sales forces and customers. They must ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner. This responsibility includes contacting various transportation companies to get shipping quotes and deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability and reliability.
Study client or customer needs and manage inventory based on these needs. This often includes analyzing product orders to research the need for keeping certain items in stock. They are responsible for re-ordering product as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels.

The LogisticsSpecialist II plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods into the United States, with primary responsibility for US Customs clearance oversight. This includes monitoring inbound shipments, coordinating with carriers, brokers, and internal teams, and maintaining accurate data for tracking and reporting. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel to manage customs processes efficiently. Secondary responsibilities include supporting freight and warehouse operations within ASM America's Global Spares Logistics organization.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus (80-85%) - US Customs Clearance Oversight
Monitor and track all inbound shipments pending US Customs clearance; proactively obtain status updates from carriers and brokers
Maintain accurate and timely data for shipment tracking and customs processing in SAP and related tools
Coordinate with Purchasing, Supplier Managers, and other stakeholders to collect required documentation (e.g., certificates, compliance data) for customs release
Provide necessary inputs to customs brokers to facilitate clearance and resolve any compliance issues
Respond promptly to inquiries and escalations related to customs status; ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and delays
Generate and analyze reports, KPIs, and statistics related to customs clearance performance; identify trends and improvement opportunities
Ensure adherence to US Customs regulations and company compliance standards
Secondary Focus (15-20%) - General Logistics Support
Assist with freight and warehouse operations, including shipment coordination and issue resolution
Support inventory integrity through SAP transactions and cycle counts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and address operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
5+ years in Logistics, Customs Compliance, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries
Strong knowledge of US Customs regulations and import processes
Advanced proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power Query, VBA)
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
Experience working with carriers, brokers, and 3PL providers
Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CCS, CES) a plus
Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and drive timely resolution of issues
