Job Summary:
Coordinate the activities involved in procuring and maintaining records of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Assemble and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies
* stocked in inventory
* Count material, equipment, merchandise and/or in-stock supplies and post totals to inventory records
* Compare inventories to records to obtain current inventory
* Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count; investigate
* and report reasons for discrepancies
* Compile information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise or supplies and compute
* inventory balance, price, and cost
* Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages
* Inspect unacceptable goods or supplies to determine source of problem and recommend corrective action
* Review all purchase documents to ensure they are reflective of the quoted price and quality of the requisition
* with the vendor and handle discrepancies within limitations and scope of authority
* Maintain effective communication with all internal customers
* Perform all administrative and other accounting duties as assigned

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to manage all order processing, routing, and warehouse communication for our growing toy business. This role ensures that retailer orders (Walmart, Target, Amazon, Sam's Club, etc.) flow smoothly from purchase order to delivery, with full accuracy and compliance with each retailer's requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Account Services Teams, warehouse and our overseas offices to guarantee on time shipping and flawless execution. Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Work closely with Sales team to ensure all orders align with customer expectations.
Receive, review, and process retailer POs through EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online).
Validate pricing, item setup accuracy, quantities, pack configurations, ship windows, and vendor requirements before confirming.
Monitor and resolve EDI errors, ASN issues, acknowledgments, and transmission failures.
Maintain internal order tracking dashboards and proactively update teams on order status.
Maintain compliance with all retailer-specific documentation and data standards.
Routing & Logistics
Request routing with major retailers (Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Amazon, Five Below, etc.).
Coordinate pickup appointments, freight bookings, and delivery schedules.
Generate and validate ASNs, BOLs, packing lists, pallet labels, and all shipping documentation.
Communicate with the Hong Kong office on inventory, shipping schedules, and compliance requirements.
Track shipments and proactively resolve exceptions, delays, or compliance issues.
Warehouse Coordination
Communicate with the warehouse daily on order status, pick/pack needs, labelling, and special customer requirements.
Ensure inventory availability and accuracy prior to confirming orders.
Monitor inbound container schedules and coordinate outbound priority shipments.
Support warehouse with any retailer-specific labelling or packaging instructions (PDQs, pallet programs, club packs).
Qualifications
Required
1+ years' experience in EDI, order processing, logistics coordination, supply chain, or vendor compliance.
Strong knowledge of major retail portals: Retail Link (Walmart), Vendor Central (Amazon), Partners Online (Target), or similar.
Experience creating and troubleshooting ASNs, BOLs, and EDI document flows (850, 856, 810).
Excellent attention to detail-zero-error mindset.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred).

Responsible for inbound / outbound shipping and receiving activities and ensuring that they are performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, while adhering to all procedures and regulations. Handles storing, counting and proper inventorying of all raw materials, supplies and finished goods. Maintains their training certifications to effectively perform the duties of the job.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Pulling orders from storage areas and warehouses for customer order and stock transfers.
Receiving and issuing of parts, supplies, etc.
Staging and prepping materials for maintenance team based on work orders
Placing materials in proper locations, both physically and in ERP system utilizing scanners and tablets for Warehouse Management (i.e. SAP).
Cycle counting plant inventory and reporting inaccurate counts.
Verifying outbound packages meet DOT and/or RCRA Hazardous Waste compliance (i.e. labeling, condition, etc.).
Performing housekeeping of all the plant warehouse and storage areas to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
Perform transactions in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy.
Doing safety walkthroughs and inspections of workplace and equipment.
Verifying proper labeling and documentation on all package containers prior to shipping or offloading.
Stopping the job or task when an unsafe behavior or condition is observed
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required
Forklift certification preferred
Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office, SAP (preferred)
Able to work 8-hour fixed shifts M-F, and Weekends as needed
Good communication skills - vocal and written
Strong commitment to safety
Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred
Strong organizational skills
