Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) Survival or Personnel Recovery training and operations.
Previous experience as a HC/MC-130 or C-17 airdrop qualified instructor loadmaster.
Possess an expert knowledge of military airdrop instructions, tactics, techniques and procedures as well as aircraft capabilities, requirements and employment.
Qualified to perform Joint Airdrop Inspections in HC/MC-130 and/or C-17 aircraft.
Ability to collaborate with mission partners to develop documents, processes, courseware and plans to train aircrews on mission-unique astronaut search and rescue procedures in multiple environments.
Ability to collaborate with mission partners to determine interoperability of DoD rescue aircraft with air deployable rescue equipment associated with Artemis and CCP crew modules and associated astronaut personal survival equipment.
Ability to assist development, review and processing of Special Assignment Airlift Mission request to move personnel and equipment items for training and mission events.
Ability to assist development and refinement of airdrop bundles for advanced rescue craft pallets, wing boat pallets, door bundles and other deployable equipment items from fixed-wing assets.
Ability to develop and coordinate airdrop load plan requirements and associated documents for use in fixed-wing assets.
Ability to collaborate with aircrew flight equipment personnel to develop airdrop bundle build plans and relay aircraft specific requirements for bundle assemblage.
Ability to develop plans and procedures for deployment of rescue flares and smokes for use in fixed-wing assets.
Ability to assist development and refinement of the C-17 rescue concept of operations regarding all aspects of aircraft logistical pre-flight support and employment of air deployable equipment bundles as well as flares and smokes associated with the astronaut rescue mission.
Ability to assist development and coordination of required documents, tactics, techniques and procedures for Air Mobility Command approval for the C-17 astronaut rescue mission.
Ability to be prepared to travel to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and Joint Base Charleston in support of Rescue Equipment Package inspection and maintenance events.
Ability to facilitate training by assisting reception and bed-down efforts prior to, and during unit-led training activities.

**JOB SUMMARY**
* Seasonal role which the primary focus is to assist the Event Logistics Manager with the logistical setup/completion and service during large spectator events and track rentals at the Daytona International Speedway.
* Liaison between various departments to include DIS Client & Event Experience, NASCAR Sales, Partnership Services and DIS Track Operations teams.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
**Events:**
* Primary event operations support for events.
Assist in development of ideas and implementation for events including but not limited to:
* IMSA Testing & Rolex 24 (January)
* NASCAR Speedweeks events (February)
* March Bike Week
* Spectator events such as Jeep Beach and Welcome to Rockville
**Operations:**
* Assist with the management of vendors including but not limited to Tent and Fence vendors, ATM machines, United Site Services and Jumbo TV screens in fan loading areas.
* Assist with Midway Display layout and set-up for events including scheduling maintenance of and scheduling load-in, vendor parking need, restroom placement, trash barrel placement, set-up of fence, coordinate directional signage and marking of underground utilities.
* Assist with order, inventory and placement of event specific signage.
* Coordinate and distribute credentials and parking passes for workers and operational vendors.
**Sales:**
* Working with the Sales/Marketing Department effectively prospect for new ideas to ensure reaching sales goal and assist the organization in achieving its overall goal.
* Effectively monitor client's satisfaction with programming and follow up to cover all the details.
**Other Duties:**
* Be a team player, helping others whenever assistance is needed.
* Other duties as assigned by DIS Operations.

GENERAL PURPOSE
The Logistic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the company's continued success. This position requires a person to be dependable, focused on safety and requires a person to be flexible, and cooperative. You must have all the skills of a CDL A Driver and possess the ability to mentor team members in the Logistics Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Logistics Supervisor ensuring that Safety is the #1 focus within the operation of the logistics department team.
May be asked to assist with overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the logistics team.
Make sure that the focus remains on Safety, Cost Control & Customer Service for the Logistics team.
Complete driver duties as well, like driving local routes (Straight Truck & Tractor Trailer) as required to get the job done.
Assists the Logistics Supervisor with the training of drivers on company policies & procedures and helps monitor compliance.
Assist manager with ensuring that all trips are assigned and covered.
Inspect the equipment to ensure that the Safety & mechanical items are in good working order.
Always maintain a presence in the parking area and on the dock at the plant.
Spot check the loading of straight trucks/trailers to ensure DVRs are being done correctly.
Work with the Logistics Supervisor to coordinate services & repairs to the equipment.
Assist with auditing/spot checking the equipment after it has been used to ensure that there is fuel, it's kept clean & has no damages.
Ensure that the loading docks are safe, clean, and organized.
Operates a company-owned delivery vehicle on established or alternate routes as scheduled.
Performs pre-trip/post-trip daily.
Provides reports about any maintenance issues related to the delivery vehicle or any other concerns.
Must be punctual and stringent about timings and make no delays in deliveries.
Must be prepared to work in any traffic pattern, severe weather, and strict deadlines according to our business needs.
Will always provide professional and courteous service to our customers and their staff.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Must always be in full uniform provided by the company.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year of Supervisory experience overseeing a staff of drivers
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Class A driver's license for at least 2 years, clean MVR & a current DOT medical card
Must pass a criminal background check, a drug screen testing for pre-employment and random programs.
Able to accept alternative plant assignments, willing to travel and attend training seminars, if required
Knowledge of all DOT Regulations
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to work independently, be responsible for route, and work unsupervised 90% of the time
