Manages email traffic, triages and routes according to functional area, and ensures prompt and effective communication with campus departments. Prioritizes pick ups to ensure proper customer service and surplus in a timely manner. 20%-Verifies Workday transfers are complete at the department level prior to pickup, and ensures all documentation to and from LPAA is complete and reflected in Recoup. Finds creative ways to promote surplus of idle equipment such as hosting special drop off events, or other methods. 10%-Works with department fleet coordinators to ensure monthly MV3/MV4 compliance. Receives, logs, and files monthly MV3/MV4 forms for all LSUAM fleet vehicles (approx. 700). Monitors system-wide fuel and mileage reporting into the state system and notifies management of discrepancies.
