What You Will Do
Our programs are looking for a full-time Principal Logistics Specialist (Repair & Return) to provide business and technical support for repair of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). As a Principal Logistics Specialist for R&R, you'll be working with a cross-functional team supporting repair contracts on sensor systems to ensure repairs are tracked, completed, and returned to the customer in accordance with the contract parameters.
In this role you'll execute in a highly dynamic environment as each repair needs to be individually tracked. You'll coordinate and collaborate with the repair performers, project leaders, program managers and cross functional areas including operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure the most current data is available for reporting to the customer.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Supporting the Integrated Product Team Lead in directing asset repair and return activities and providing logistical oversight of cross functional areas. Tracking assets as they proceed through the repair process. Preparing correspondence/reports for internal and external asset transactions and approval. Evaluating expenditures and schedules for repairs and obtaining program or customer approval as applicable.
Providing guidance to supply chain, operations, and depot logistics POCs to support the procurement and routing of repair material, and the receipt, induction, repair, and shipment of assets. When necessary, escalating challenges, issues, or obstacles to PMO, and collaborating with applicable functional groups to maintain repair schedules.
Partnering in the development of long-term repair and return strategies in concurrence with technical requirements and customer needs. Assessing the repair and return process and trends. Recommending improvements to increase process efficiency and decrease turn-around times.
Tracking, managing and reporting status and budget, and participating in estimates at complete. Providing data for monthly contract deliverables, participating in program reviews, and other customer meetings.
Participating in proposals and developing Basis of Estimates. Contributing to risk and opportunity management.
Implementing continuous process improvement techniques for improving repair turnaround time and database management and mentoring and developing team members.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience with sustainment services, repair and return, or product support in a military or civilian environment.

Responsibilities:
• This position is responsible for executing activities related to the movement of commercial product throughout the domestic and international Supply Chain.
• Primary activities include:
o developing and maintaining shipping schedules,
o creation and review of transport documentation,
o coordination of shipments with company's sites, contracted partner sites, transportation partners and brokers and entry of related deviations.
Accountabilities:
• Shipment coordination: create internal orders or AT's to initiate shipments, create transport documents, set shipment up with transport provider, transport reviews, liaise with brokers and customs agencies as required.
• Deviations: enter deviations as recognized, investigate and drive to closure.
• Create/Revise Logistics SOPs in support of process changes.
• US Customs Compliance: review US imports in support of CBP approved program.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Prior experience with materials management, transport, logistics.
• 1+ years of experience with import/export logistics.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial invoicing and USDA statements.
• Demonstrated experience with Customs Compliance and FDA Compliance requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated learning ability.

A Logistics Coordinator is an essential role that helps a company get their product into the consumers' hands in a timely manner. Their responsibilities include overseeing aspects of dispatching, warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Field inbound both internal and external customer requests, via phone, or email
Operate dispatch software to ensure all routes & orders are properly assigned and contain the correct information for the delivery and billing processes
Manage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levels - meet company minimum on-time performance levels
Notify clients well in advance of potential late deliveries
Utilize dispatch software daily to transform shipment data into routes & orders
Reach out to drivers and supervisors as needed to get delivery information
Perform all normal and necessary warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, cycle counting, WMS data entry, stocking shelves, maintaining overall warehouse hygiene, and organization
Quote Courier, Box Truck, and Freight delivery services

Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm with being on call every other weekend.

What You Will Do
Lead DOT Compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Manage driver qualification program and lead strategy to maintain compliance adherent to FMCSA.
Maintain Fleet control tower by compiling data and developing industry standard for fleet metrics.
Data management and upkeep including asset details, driver manager contact, and cost center details.
Oversight of fuel purchase cards, driver fuel pins and ensure each vehicle has a current and active fuel card.
Partner with Raytheon functional leaders and management teams to lead the on-road safety and regulatory program to best-in-class.
