LogisticsSpecialists monitor inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities. They receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed to Data center Technicians and Engineers. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations.
This position involves frequent lifting of materials and products. LogisticsSpecialists will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company. They must also maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces. They must be available to work weekend shift work.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, as well as experience and knowledge of reverse logistics processes. Experience handling vendor relationships is helpful.

Basic Qualifications

Major Function of the Position:
To manage all white glove and freight service partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination from pickup to delivery. The essential responsibilities and duties of this position are:
* Oversee all white glove logistics partnerships, including management of fixture deliveries, transfers, and disposals; ensure adherence to brand presentation standards and service-level expectations.
* Serve as business lead for all domestic and international freight programs (Air, Ocean, and LTL); manage freight broker relationships, evaluate bids and spot quotes, and ensure carrier alignment with cost, compliance, and service objectives.
* Lead vendor transitions and RFP trial implementations across logistics partners, providing analytical insight and strategic guidance to ensure successful onboarding and performance outcomes.
* Monitor carrier and service provider performance metrics, identify trends and inefficiencies, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership for process and cost improvements.
* Oversee the freight audit and bill-pay process, partnering with vendors and AP to validate accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper G/L mapping and invoice coding logic.
* Maintain carrier pricing and contract documentation; ensure timely updates to the freight audit partner to support accurate auditing and financial reporting. Evaluate and streamline the freight payment cycle, recommending and implementing automation or process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Maintain and manage HTS classification and Country of Origin databases, providing data and analysis to support duty rate calculations, costing, and tariff impact reviews.
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inbound, outbound, and white glove operations; cross-train team members on carrier management, cost controls, and service-level standards.
* Act as key liaison between internal departments (Logistics, Sales Support, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution Centers) and external logistics providers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and performance.
* Deliver cost and performance analytics, including freight spend analysis, carrier utilization, and service-level reporting to support business decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and cost management.
* Serve as a functional backup to the Parcel Coordinator and Global Logistics Manager, supporting leadership continuity, duty drawback programs, and project execution as needed.
* Perform other professional duties consistent with the scope and objectives of the role as requested or required.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred; in lieu of degree, a minimum of five years of progressive experience in transportation and freight management required.

Job Summary:
The LogisticsSpecialist (LS) supports 24/7 operations and performs operational, logistical support, and administrative tasks required to support ground and air transportation.

Inventories, orders, and delivers meals, supplies, electronics, and/or clothing; prepares backpacks with essentials including tablet and mobile phone for trips.
Drives passengers to and from client sites and/or airports.
Installs/removes child car and booster seats based on age and height/weight, as required.
Observes and assists with UC and/or family unit orientation, answers questions, and describes the transport process.
Assists in charter flights/buses preparations, to include reviewing documentation, inspecting bathrooms for cleanliness to ensure high standard of quality, and driving to flightline.
Cleans vehicles, sanitizes interiors, and ensures they are fueled and ready for ground trips.
Checks vehicles for contraband and ensure coolers and emergency kits are in vehicles.
Updates information in the company's database systems (e.g., Canvas, Verizon Connect, Pantry, fleet system, etc.) and prepares transportation, equipment, inventory, and meal reports as well as Ad Hoc reports as required.
Assists in tracking, and monitoring logistics specific training (e.g., DOT, inventory, fleet, facilities, etc.) and assists with logistics projects as needed.
Assists management staff with cost benefit estimates as directed by supervisor.

Follows company quality control and inspection plans and executes the company's Fleet Management program, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), mileage tracking, registration, tolls, inspections, logs, etc., as required.

Executes the facility management program, and reports any site repairs and building wear and tear to Logistics Supervisor and Site Manager

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Possess an associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree) and,
Have at least two years of documented experience in a field related to security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position (a minimum of four years of experience is required when a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience is substituted for an associate degree).

The team will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to ensure secure and compliant logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end processes for identifying and resolving compromised carrier accounts due to fraud.
* Monitor carrier activity using the Risk Factor feature in RMIS and respond to alerts indicating suspicious behavior.
