MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
8-10+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation, warehousing, and/or trade compliance within a complex supply chain environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP core functionality and transactions; S/4HANA exposure preferred.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, transformations, or major process standardization initiatives.
Experience with logistics and warehouse technologies such as TMS, WMS/LWM, track & trace, and trade compliance systems.
Experience working with 3PL providers and cross-functional global stakeholders.

The Logistics Associate is primarily responsible for protecting company assets by maintaining vault security and ensuring the accuracy of inventory kept in the vault by managing the physical and virtual movement of items. The Logistics Associate performs shipping and receiving, including counting physical inventory and comparing counts with Metrc and NAV, and verifying invoice accuracy for every shipment of both regulated products and unregulated products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Controls and releases inventory to transport staff for distribution to retail locations or wholesale clients
Responsible for selecting samples or coordinating with MED-approved sampler for potency and contaminant testing and maintaining product during holding period while awaiting testing results
Physically maintains the security and integrity of the vault, including limiting access to approved staff only
Checks Metrc daily for released inventory after testing completion and moves inventory to the proper designated storage area for tested products
Coordinates with managers and production/cultivation staff to maintain par levels of finished and raw products by reporting low inventory levels
Responsible for coordinating with compliance team, managers, and lead associates to address quality assurance/compliance concerns
Responsible for packaging and labeling bulk products with Package Tag/Batch #, Strain Name, Weight, Ingredients, and Potency Test Results to fill distribution orders
Reports inventory totals to management to determine distribution needs for each retail location
Stages outgoing orders in distribution cage for pick-up
Responsible for differentiating manifest type for each outgoing shipment, including transfer, wholesale, or infused transfer
