TASK DESCRIPTION:
Supply Technician: This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work requires consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines.
Assignments require:
(a) a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
Task Requirements:
Tool Room: The Contractor shall manage the Tool Room and ensure Tool Room services are performed IAW governing directives by ensuring all inspection standards are met. Tool room management includes:
Tool Room NAMP Programs: The Contractor shall be responsible for the Tool Control Program (acting as Tool Control Program Coordinator), Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program, Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Program Coordinator, Support Equipment (SE) PMS Program and work center management IAW CNAF Instruction 4790.2.
Issue/Receive Tools, Equipment and Hazardous Material/Waste: The Contractor shall Order/Issue/Receive tools, inventory and maintain tools, and issue/receive/properly handle hazardous materials/waste per activity's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and local governing directives.
Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Repairs, periodic maintenance and calibration of all Support Equipment (SE), IMRL, and calibration-required tools or GFE shall be performed at the appropriate level of maintenance. Base support equipment I-level facilities and calibration laboratories are available to provide I-level and Depot level support for GFE items. Repairs or periodic maintenance which is considered to be O-level in nature are required to be performed by the Contractor.
Material Control Services: The Contractor shall perform administrative duties in support of the units Material Control division. The Government will maintain overall responsibility and management of the Material Control Division to include execution of activity's Operational Target (OPTAR) and Aviation Fleet Maintenance (AFM) funding requirements. Contractor's support of the Material Control Division requirements includes:
Manage Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) and Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Program requirements
Perform Tool Control Coordinator requirements
Order and receive aircraft parts and material.
Expediting repairable and consumable material requisitions through the supply system and informing Maintenance Control on status changes

Summary: The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers, vendors and coworkers. In addition, this role requires an aptitude for multitasking as well as organizational skills. The Logistic Coordinator works closely and coordinates with all production departments to ensure the customer's expectations are met. This role calls for a high degree of professionalism, good conflict management skills and the individual must be able to perform well under pressure. The ability to prioritize incoming work orders, delegate work assignments and take initiative to ensure efficiency and productivity are all key. Duties include (but not limited to):
Verify inventory of ISO containers on property
Verify tanks have corresponding orders and interchange to be reconciled.
Billing and invoice responsibilities
Delegation of lift operator work assignments as needed.
Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Handles customer orders and records customer requirements on each call or email. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communicates to the Tank Wash Department of all dirty tanks needing to be cleaned.
Confirm all cleaning certificates are scanned into the system from outside carrier clean tanks inbounded.
Communicates and coordinates with vendors, customers and intercompany departments via email or phone. Responds effectively to customer complaints.
Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Efficiently operates terminal and enters data.
Coordinate equipment needs per loading requirements.
Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.
Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Perform transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements Include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in transportation or logistics field a plus
Bilingual Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The Logistics Associate, part-time hourly position plays a vital role in delivering best-in-class operating experiences to internal and external stakeholders of Cubs operations. The role includes the receiving of inbound deliveries, movement of goods to storage locations, coordination of inventory levels and delivery of goods to final end users.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for the receipt, movement, placement and delivery of product into Wrigley Field campus
Perform product movements in a safe and secure method, following the policies and procedures laid out by the department
Ensure all incoming and outgoing product is scanned and signed-off by end user and key stakeholders
Perform inventory counts and properly log/communicate results
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Adhere to company safety policies
Utilize proper equipment to perform work duties and to promote efficient operations
Assist all departments as needed including grounds crew, cleaning, setup, events, security, and engineering
Participate as needed in special department projects
Deliver high-end customer support to both internal and external customer
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Ability to perform the following physical tasks: bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb flights of stairs, walk on uneven ground, walk/run up and down ramps, walk and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis and lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis
Demonstrated verbal communication skills
Must be able to work nontraditional hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
