About the team and position
As a Logistics Lead, you will perform various inventory and operations related tasks at our Logistics Hubs & Inspection Centers.
What you'll be doing
Assist in all Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities.
Lead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment.
Support team members (Logistics Associates and/or Vehicle Transporters) with daily functions including huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and other tasks.
Perform Validation of Process to ensure performance to work standards and expectations.
Monitor team performance via KPI reporting, assigning and assisting with tasks.
Process specialized inventory using RFID scanners and Tablets.
Responsible for all Third Party (3P) transactions: inbound/outbound trips, inspection of receivables, documentation sign-off, and support ticket creation.
Facilitate delayed shipments by working with warehouse and transportation personnel.
Manage Electric Vehicle (EV) inventory and charging processes.
Assist with communication and operational management between Logistics and business Partners (Market Operations, Post Production, Network Support, Safe and Secure, etc.).
Support outbound shipping lane audits, ensuring scheduled transport.
Maintain Logistics operational supply inventory (VT, LA, Breakroom supplies).
Receive, Put Away, and Stage vehicles as needed.
Assist onsite vendors with directions/access.
Manage, coordinate, and oversee Logistics employee engagement events.
Other duties as assigned.

Arrange for local purchase and pick-up of critical items not available through normal channels to meet schedules.
Set up bins, racks, and storage areas and maintain in a clean, organized manner.

Perform any other related and/or associate duties in this classification, as required by management. Perform work in other classifications when incidental but necessary to accomplish work assignment.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
