Location: Fairfax, VA/Fort Belvoir, VA Start: Immediately Clearance: (Must be clearable) Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, storage, packing, and distribution of equipment and materials Manage inventory control processes for serialized and sensitive items, ensuring accurate documentation and accountability Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory records Manage equipment decommissioning, demilitarization tracking, and secure storage of weapons systems Demonstrations & Public Engagement Support and conduct static displays and Soldier capability demonstrations across the country Set up, operate, and present equipment during events, highlighting operational benefits and modernization efforts Engage with Soldiers, military leadership, industry partners, and the public to explain PEO Soldier products and future technologies Serve as a professional ambassador for PEO Soldier's mission, ensuring proper representation and messaging Logistics Planning & Execution Develop, coordinate, and execute transportation plans for domestic travel and shipping to installations, events, and demonstrations Liaise with freight carriers, shipping companies, and government transportation offices to ensure on-time and compliant movement of assets Support field activities including setup, takedown, loading, and unloading of equipment at events, test sites, and units Forecast logistical needs and manage procurement of supplies, packing materials, and handling equipment Maintain logistics equipment readiness and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed Compliance & Documentation Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of serialized assets using approved systems and databases Ensure full adherence to Army policies, property accountability standards, and physical security protocols Prepare and oversee shipping documentation including DD Forms, bills of lading, customs requirements, and chain-of-custody records Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Product Managers, Public Affairs, and operational teams to support program timelines and deliverables Provide logistical input during planning meetings for demonstrations, testing, and training events Assist fielding and sustainment efforts for equipment deployment to operational units Qualifications Required Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management Ability to travel up to 50%, often to military bases, occasionally overseas Strong communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences Knowledge of property accountability and serialized equipment control Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy equipment and displays Competencies Meticulous attention to detail and accountability Strong organizational and planning skills Customer service and public-facing professionalism Ability to work independently and in team environments Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic mission needs Requirements:
