Review loan files for disclosure requirements, accuracy, and timing
Work in Encompass to manage and update disclosure documents and enter basic loan data
Communicate with brokers, Account Executives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure correct loan setup and resolve disclosure-related issues
Create Loan Estimates for brokers and lenders, double-checking loan information for compliance
Monitor and respond to disclosure-related emails
Prep outgoing mail and send updated disclosures as needed

Soldier Medical Devices (SMD), Force Integration Division (FID), provides medical materiel support to all Army components facilitating optimal healthcare and worldwide medical readiness through; the procurement, assembly, and distribution of medical equipment and Medical Materiel Sets, Kits, Outfits (SKOs), the disassembly of previously fielded medical materiel and equipment, the management of excess medical materiel, the provision of disposition instructions, the management of on-hand medical materiel inventory, and the provision of technical assistance for medical materiel sustainment operations including training on Army automated logistics systems.
The Logistics II Materiel Fielding personal will ensure the efficient and effective planning, coordination, and execution of material fielding operations, facilitating the timely delivery and integration of equipment and supplies to support troop readiness and operational missions. This role involves analyzing logistics data, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to PEOS, PM SMD Fielding Missions.
Plan data and reports for specific tasks.

Execute on-site materiel fielding transfer requirements to include all applicable inventory and property transfer documentation.
Confirm the receipt of end items, non-expendables, durables, expendables, and the support packages at the gaining installation.
Inspect materiel for in-transit damage for on-site fielding and initiate discrepancy reporting procedures, as necessary.
If there are equipment shortages, overages, packing discrepancies, wrong item or wrong/illegible/missing markings submit to the responsible COR, PEOS, PM or SMD.
For damages identified as transportation related ensure the gaining unit secures the defective materiel until notification of appropriate disposition by the consignor when applicable.
Provide the Unit Accountable Property Officer (APO) and Unit Supply Non-commissioned Officer (NCO) affected by the discrepancy with a copy of the customer documentation package, with issue, receipt and transfer documents for use by the affected APO and NCO to record and document receipt/transfer of equipment.
Prepare and deliver a Materiel Fielding After Action Report (AAR) to the Government upon completion of each fielding mission.
Travel nationally and internationally as the program requires.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements/Certifications:

Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
Usher
Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.
Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.
Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary
Enforcement of MPAA rating system
Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.
Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management
Cleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Pay Scale Information: 17.00

Education/Experience:
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, it is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
Language Ability:
Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.

Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.

**Job Functions:**
+ General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
