Qualifications

Accurately receive and inspect all inbound deliveries, meticulously documenting incoming goods within the inventory system. Conduct routine cycle counts and participate in full-scale inventory audits to uphold data accuracy and integrity;

Position Summary:
This role will report directly to the Team Lead and will have no direct reports. This position is responsible for supporting the sales organization by providing logistics/supply chain operations support in the coordination of assigned medical devices accounts. This is a great entry level position for a recent graduate with a Supply Chain/Logistics program of study/degree. Please note, this shift is specifically for 11am - 10pm, Monday - Thursday (Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm).
Scope of Role Responsibilities:
The essential functions include but are not limited to supporting the Field Locations, Warehouse Operations, Sales leaders and others in assigned areas.
Prepare and ship instruments, implants and trays for surgery cases.
Utilize inventory management system for the distribution of products/services for sales personnel and customers.
Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the organization.
Manage reports and analyze account metrics and productivity standards.
Keep records of all interactions and transactions of data regarding product inquires.
Investigate discrepancies and adjust for errors.
Distribute materials, products and parts based on incoming requests.
Store items orderly and easily accessible in warehouse based on protocol.
Understand and implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiring inventory.
Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
Meet established metrics for operations (i.e. service levels, standard operating procedures)
Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.
Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, report any damage to supervisors.
Stay current on old and new instruments and implants. Understand essential components to specific procedures.
Utilize processes and tools for scheduled surgeries.
Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, etc.)
Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse to meet OSHA and FDA regulations.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule.
Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed & as assigned.

Requirements
Critical Experience & Skills:
Logistics or Supply Chain previous experience is preferred.
Undergraduate Degree or related experience in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
Self-motivated, able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Customer focused/must work well with customers of all levels/backgrounds.
Highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Experience in working in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment in which collaboration in all directions is necessary.
Demonstrated Intermediate level with Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel)
Able to work varying hours/shifts as needed (shifts may extend beyond standard working hours depending on case volume).

The Solutions Delivery Analyst V role is designed to serve as the lead technical subject matter expert for assigned systems, services, or applications they deliver & support for specific functional areas. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead Technical SME for systems, services and applications ranging from simple to most complex for an identified functional area.
* Responsible for coaching and mentoring other members of the functional area to increase overall technical knowledge within the organization.
* Responsible for leading primarily large-scale projects including driving the below listed activities:
* Resource management allocation and budget management associated with assigned project delivery in coordination with the PMO
* Oversee activities of lower level Solution Delivery Analysts associated with delivery on mid to large scale projects including determining work assignments, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments in order to meet delivery objectives

* Accountable and responsible for supplier performance to deliver on technical support needs and service level expectations. Manages support relationship for mid to large-size software supplier relationships holding suppliers accountable for their contractual obligations
* Responsible for engagement with Engineers and Product Teams to ensure operational support needs are met and responsible for all technical engagement with suppliers.
* Leads root cause analysis on complex issues, recommends and implements opportunities for continuous performance improvement of systems including those delivered through suppliers.
* Partners with Engineers, Product Teams, and business groups to deliver standard to complex configuration and operational changes for the services/applications within established standards.
* Leads efforts to determine integration needs, design improvements, and design patterns with Engineers, Developers, Suppliers, and Product teams
* Responsible for identifying and driving end to end proactive improvement through monitoring tools integration, continuous improvement activities and reporting on service availability
* Ensure operational stability of a 24/7/365 grocery retail environment by providing technical support, system monitoring, and issue resolution which may be required during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, CIS or related (or equivalent related work experience)
* 8 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant job or field of technology.
* 5 or more years of equivalent experience in an advanced role or technical capacity, leading teams directly or indirectly
