PACFLT N4 advises the Commander on all matters concerning theater-level logistics and ensures that operational logistics links tactical requirements to strategic capabilities. The N40 Fleet Logistics Plans and Exercises directorate supports PACFLT efforts in exercise support. N40 Fleet Logistics Plans and Exercises ensure efforts fall within all defined rules, requirements, regulations, and laws and well as ensuring the concepts are integrated into concepts of operations (CONOPS), concept plans (CONPLANS), and operational plans (OPLANS).
In this position, you will provide logistics management and administration support to COMPACFLT N40 operations and to ensure oversight programs are appropriately and effectively addressing gaps and shortfalls. This initiative seeks to improve N4's ability to provide logistics analysis in support of USINDOPACOM theater objectives. You will provide Staff Officer support, research, and analysis to solve difficult challenges related to logistical support to OPLANs, the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP) and ongoing operations. These efforts may include drafting Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and/or instructions to support the N4 mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of exercise planning and implementation of innovative solutions in support of exercise objectives.
Provide oversight of the planning, logistics, schedule, and administrative support to PACFLT N4 initiatives with internal and external stakeholders and partners and allies, as required.
Provide oversight of the collection and communication of operational logistics requirements and capability shortfalls associated with US forces and partner nations.
Support the coordination and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands.
Provide SME support to the procurement, transportation, distribution, and timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to the Pacific Fleet.
Identify potential logistical challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to operations.
Work closely with various Indo-Pacific command units and external partners to facilitate effective logistics support.
Provide briefings to COMPACFLT N4 staff, USINDOPACOM and Service Component Staffs on programs and operations supporting PACFLT Logistics.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
At least 10 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), including at least 5 of experience with related logistics work
At least 5 years of experience working in military plans
At least 3 years of experience in a senior military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS)
Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region
Experience in operational and/or strategic levels of DoD planning and/or execution
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient at authoring analytical and/or policy documents

**Overview**
The Distribution Driver Class A is responsible for delivering products to clients; inspect general condition of vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean vehicle including following all safety precautions in accordance with SGWS and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with customers, clients, visitors and coworkers
Utilize proper phone etiquette
Help customers with the movement of person household goods into and out of Hawaii
Proper preparation of shipping documents, such as manifests and bills of lading
Maintain an understanding of import rules for each receiving country and make sure all documentation meets all export regulations
Organize and maintain military outbound files and follow through with customers/clients on key dates
Maintain email correspondence with service providers; provide timely response to logistic inquiries and customer/client contact
Work with the Operations team to facilitate/coordinate moving services to clients
Assist in training
Provide excellent customer service and follow through on commitments
Assist with invoicing

Required Education and Experience:
1 year or more of experience in related field highly desired
Functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics or Freight
High School Diploma, equivalent, or higher
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Moveware, DPS
Knowledge of basic office equipment - computer, printer, copier, scan, postage machine, and phone systems
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail

SUMMARY
The Fleet & Logistics Supervisor directs and coordinates the daily operations of the Transportation Department to ensure the efficient delivery, pick-up, and transport of Goodwill goods. The Fleet & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning optimal routes, overseeing vehicle and equipment maintenance, and managing the upkeep of transportation facilities. Additionally, the Fleet & Logistics Supervisor handles the procurement of vehicle titles, coordinates state registrations, and ensures compliance with all inspection requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Works with Assistant Director of Logistics and Transportation to coordinate the delivery, transport, and pick up of donated/redemption goods through a fleet of vehicles.
Ensures optimum delivery, transport, and pick up of Goodwill goods.
Procures state required certificates of title and arranges for registrations and state inspections.
Inspects vehicles and other equipment; schedules repair or service work of equipment, as needed.
Coordinates operation and maintenance of equipment, storage facilities, and repair facilities.
Directs recording of expenses and analyzes purchase and repair costs to control expenditures.
Plans, directs and maintains safety campaigns.
Negotiates with vendors to purchase equipment, materials, and supplies.
Assigns trucks for business use and creates truck routes for drivers
Adheres to company uniform and appearance standards and maintains a professional image at all times.
Complies with safety standards and follows operating procedures when utilizing equipment, tools & machinery.
Other duties as assigned.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid driver's license (type 4).
Must have a clean traffic abstract, pass a PUC physical & functional capacity exam, and be at least 21 years of age.
Must retain HDL and PUC card on their person at all time when working.
