Duties and Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers * Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specifications * Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs documentation * Track shipments and manage inventory levels * Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipments * Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions * Monitor transportation costs and work to minimize expenses * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Educational background / Work experience * A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required. * At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred. * Experience working in a transportation or logistics company is a plus. Skills & Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Experience using transportation management software is a plus Language skills * Fluency in English is required. * Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
