The Role

The Responsibilities

Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 and is bonus eligible. Responsibilities
Responsible for entering shipments using customer portals, UPS/Fedex or contacting trucking companies directly.
Prepare and verify the accuracy of documents and contents for outgoing shipments. Shipments include finished goods, customer components, samples, and any/all other items that ship.
Record shipment data using internal and customer logs.
Pack, seal, and label materials for shipment.
Work with Sales and Quality Department to solve problems such as damages, discrepancies, and shortages of inbound and outbound shipments.
Assist in scheduling appointments for inbound and outbound shipments.
Follow applicable OSHA safety regulations etc.
Understand FDA regulations to the operations and consequences of nonconformance.
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work environment.
Ensures timely completion of work.
Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper PPE and Safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Highschool diploma or GED equivalent, required.
1 or more years of experience in production, warehouse, or related supply chain function, required.
