Prepare, re-ticket, pack, and transfer samples to the warehouse aftermarket (EOS) and support preparation for sample sales. Collaborate with order management team on sample order entry four times a year for several teams. Monitor sample orders and production status to properly update teams on orders and ensure timely delivery for brand activities. Supervise to ensure all showrooms are supplied with Ferragamo packaging and office supplies needed for daily activities. Prepare required customs documentation and coordinate the packing and transfer of samples to the Italian warehouse and Milan showroom.
