What You'll Do
Independently create all of Wrist Aficionado's shipping labels (for external shipments to clients and for internal shipments to our boutiques). Purchase shipping insurance according to the value of the shipment. Shipping labels are primarily created through FedEx, Ferrari Express, Malca-Amit, and USPS.
Carefully prepare and pack all shipments that are sent from Wrist Aficionado's boutique in New York City, ensuring that all packaging meets our brand standards. Record outgoing shipments in Slack.
Manage and monitor Slack channels to track sold and returned items, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Handle Hermes handbag operations across all three boutiques: inspect condition, photograph, and list products on Jewels Aficionado's website.
As needed: accept and process new inventory, confirming item details and updating internal systems.
As needed: coordinate and facilitate watch repairs, communicating with repair vendors and tracking service timelines.

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.

Exodigo is looking for a hands-on US Logistics Lead to run the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations that keep our field teams moving.
In this role, you'll execute and coordinate daily warehouse, 3PL, and shipping activities, keep data accurate in NetSuite, and make sure equipment gets to the right place on time. You won't own the full US supply chain strategy or budget, but you'll be a key operator making it all work on the ground.

What You'll Do
Daily Warehouse & Inventory Operations
* Execute day-to-day activities: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

3PL & Forward Stocking Support

Requirements
* Around 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL coordination in the United States.

* Strong attention to detail and ownership over accuracy in inventory and documentation.
* Comfort working in a physical warehouse environment, including handling equipment and boxes as needed.

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.
This role is most focused on understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with business goals. Then working with our API integrated trading partners to implement and optimize integrations.
API Integration and Testing: Work with development teams to integrate APIs into partner systems, ensuring functionality and performance meet requirements. Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues within our API integrations providing support to internal and external users and development teams.
API Management and Improvement/ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve APIs, including performance, onboarding, maintenance, usability, and testing. Maintain existing integrations, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary updates.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and QA teams internally and externally. Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate problems, and work effectively with others to generate solutions, and achieve a shared goal.
API Documentation: Create and maintain business documentation for APIs including process documentation and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, and SOPs.
Performance Analysis: Analyze available data to identify areas of opportunity at integration points, gaps, and in the overarching performance as well as conversion of the partner APIs.
Support and Maintenance: Provide business focused technical support to clients, manage support tickets, and track/record issues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and have excellent technical skills, including knowledge and experience working with a variety of computer programs. Bachelor's degree preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integrations and implementations with experience in the commercial insurance industry a plus.

**Responsibilities**
+ Handles the logistics of radiation therapy medication in the pharmacy
+ Books flights using the courier website
+ Tracks and organizes courier information into spreadsheets using Excel
+ Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers
+ Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigation
+ Processes packages returned from customer locations
+ Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs
+ Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)

**Qualifications**
