Puts away recapped BFG parts and material.

Returns parts and tools at counter and reshelves.
Runs ERP In-Transit report & verifies items have been issued.
Prepares Outside Service shipments.
Attends daily operation meetings and answer material question.
Attends daily meetings to support operations.
Meets with onsite customer and communicate open demand requirements.
Tracks and provides daily material status of incoming parts.
Updates Gateway material reports.
Researches and communicates purchasing request kickbacks with operations.
Transports critically hot parts from other locations on site.
Performs Logistic AOG vehicle runs as required by immediate request from production.
Monitors email requests from internal production and support departments.
Responds to daily questions from production about parts, tooling and chemicals.
Maintains up-to-date training in the company's Plateau platform.

Job Description
This position is responsible for import and export flows of food and feed ingredients for international and domestic shipments. In addition, this position would include overseeing warehouse activities including receiving, storing and dispatching of goods to ensure on time deliveries to customers. This position would be responsible to develop key relationships with various carriers to maintain and or improve LDC's competitive position within our industries. Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Works with commercial team to ensure they have competitive transportation rates to accurately quote business for customers and manage existing business lanes
Develop competence in LDC products' markets, product qualities, transportation, warehousing and fulfillment needs
Communicates professionally with customers, suppliers, and storage facilities to coordinate shipments in a timely manner
Contributes to inventory management of LDC products (warehouse/tanks/rail cars/containers etc.)
Understand quality requirements and effectively communicate issues from customers with LDC quality and operation teams
Collaborate with 3rd party warehouse partners to manage inbound and outbound movement of goods and to manage inventory cycle times and quantities.
Coordinate international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance and freight forwarding.
Track shipments to ensure on time deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies
Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, warehouse releases and packing lists. .
Assists with other duties as assigned by the Head of Logistics
Communicate with sales team any info that is helpful to determine pricing, freight risk awareness, and customer performance concerns.
Assist with setting up carriers and maintaining documents and certificates.
Utilize multiple systems to maintain carrier and freight information to assist with the coordinating of logistics for multiple products for inbound and outbound shipments
Works with the logistics team to cross train and assist other team members efforts when needed
Contribute to group discussions to improve processes and look for ways to elevate our business.

Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist-Kansas City GOEX Warehouse

POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator has general responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all operational activities, which they are assigned to daily. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Lead is responsible for oversight of the associates dedicated to the warehousing, receiving, and shipping of product in their area in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Responsibilities:
Will mentor and train new and existing associates in specific distribution activities to help achieve established customer demands
Will train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, which includes but is not limited to shipping, receiving, picking, and/or quality control
Will assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates
Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:
In performing assigned duties, the equipment used can include but is not limited to:

Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment and reporting of equipment problems.
On a daily basis, associates will inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.

Provides pricing, movie, specialist event, alternative movie selections, and general theatre information
Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional and quality customer service manner
Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, parking lot, etc.)
Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment
Consistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areas
Complies with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
Monitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management
Assists with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Puts away recapped BFG parts and material.
Retrieves off-units from production, inspects, and routes to the Warehouse.
Retrieves and processes incoming Outside Service parts, Work Order and paperwork.
Returns parts and tools at counter and reshelves.
Runs ERP In-Transit report verifies items have been issued.
Prepares Outside Service shipments.
Attends daily operation meetings and answer material question.

Updates Gateway material reports.
