The TireHub Logistics Center Leader is responsible for all logistics center activities, employees, inventory, and assets. This position will communicate TireHub objectives, missions, and direction specific to their location with a focus on safety and customer service. Role Specifics:
· This position will be responsible for the daily opening and closing of the center

Working Conditions

This position will oversee the end-to-end returns process, from customer request through inventory disposition.
Working closely with Client's Third Party Service Provider, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain teams the Reverse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for return authorization management and transactional processing of return shipments from customers to warehouse to include carrier engagement, reconciling claims, resolution of invoice discrepancies, correction of inventory variance, and timely product disposition. This position will perform additional logistics duties as assigned.

The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.
This role is most focused on understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with business goals. Then working with our API integrated trading partners to implement and optimize integrations.
* API Integration and Testing: Work with development teams to integrate APIs into partner systems, ensuring functionality and performance meet requirements. Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues within our API integrations providing support to internal and external users and development teams.
* API Management and Improvement/ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve APIs, including performance, onboarding, maintenance, usability, and testing. Maintain existing integrations, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary updates.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and QA teams internally and externally. Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate problems, and work effectively with others to generate solutions, and achieve a shared goal.
* API Documentation: Create and maintain business documentation for APIs including process documentation and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, and SOPs.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze available data to identify areas of opportunity at integration points, gaps, and in the overarching performance as well as conversion of the partner APIs.
* Support and Maintenance: Provide business focused technical support to clients, manage support tickets, and track/record issues.
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and have excellent technical skills, including knowledge and experience working with a variety of computer programs. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integrations and implementations with experience in the commercial insurance industry a plus.

Position Summary:
Working closely with the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Specialist are an integral part of the project team. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing the daily plan including material handling, receiving, receipting, quantitative and qualitative quality checks of material as well as performance of the administrative functions required to support efficient laydown yard activities. The Logistics Specialist also helps establish and maintain internal procedures and for ensuring that laydown yard operations are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prove delivery of material by reconciling actual material received and material shipment packing lists with material purchase orders
Communicate material receipt specifics to Material Management (MM) lead to include but not be limited to: Proof of delivery documentation, material location, material purchase order shortages (partial delivery/backorder), other necessary material receipt information as necessary
Ensure material within its respective storage facility is stored in an orderly manner that will allow material pulls for future shipments to be done in an efficient and timely manner, work with material location mapping and storage bin tagging
Ensure material is stored under controlled access
Track internal movement of material during time material is stored; communicate all material movement to MM lead
Perform periodic inventory counts, reconciling actual material counts against material inventory report while also ensuring material locations are as represented on material inventory report; note all variances and communicate all variances to MM lead
Locate and pull specific material for shipment/movement to assembly using material shipping requests (if movement is external to Company); communicate all documentation for material shipment preparation to MM lead
Palletize or prepare for parcel packaging, material to ship/move; communicate to MM lead when material is palletized/packaged and ready for pickup
Attached BOLs and/or packing lists to pallets and/or parcel packages
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks
Other material related handling as necessary
Clearly understand all processes and SOPs necessary to achieve functional and effective performance of duties
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Previous stock or inventory experience a plus
Previous experience operating a forklift or pallet jack
Prior military experience a plus
OSHA certification a plus

Physical Requirements:
