What You'll Do:
Oversee all material that physically flows through the plant, includes: shipping/receiving, kitting, cycle counting and dispatching.
Ensure a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are distributed to corresponding departments in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy customer requirements.
Implement cost reduction through process improvements, interfacing with customers to answer questions and resolve open issues,
Excellent leadership skills in supervision while mentoring and elevating the team. Sharing expertise and modeling curiosity, accountability and respect.
Critical thinking to implement continuous improvement projects are a MUST!
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing environment and lean manufacturing processes

SUMMARY

Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of our products. This role combines warehouse logistics (pick, pack, ship) with hands-on technical fulfillment, including hardware configuration, firmware updates, and basic troubleshooting. This position carries direct responsibility for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and periodic monthly physical inventory counts. The role is physically manageable, involving light lifting, and does not require forklift operation. The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and maintaining an efficient, well-run workspace. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Fulfillment
Assemble, configure, and prepare hardware according to customer specifications
Perform firmware updates, patches, and basic troubleshooting on devices
Validate system configurations prior to shipment to ensure customer readiness
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain 100% accurate inventory records through ERP updates and audits
Perform periodic monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Receive, inspect, and properly log incoming inventory
Ensure correct labeling, storage, and handling of all products
Logistics Coordination
Manage domestic and international shipments
Prepare shipping documentation and support customs compliance for imports
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
Quality Control
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, completeness, and functionality
Identify and resolve defects, shortages, or discrepancies prior to shipment
Facility Care & Organization

QualificationsExperience
2 - 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, technical support, or a related role
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Zoho CRM or similar ERP/inventory systems preferred
Comfortable working with hardware, firmware, and basic technical diagnostics
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 lbs

JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the supply chain operations for the Enterprise department within DEX Imaging. The primary function of the Logistics Coordinator is to orchestrate equipment movement through multiple databases to account/customer locations throughout the country. This individual will provide support to sales representatives, delivery associates and the administrative teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule all deliveries and pickups of equipment
Inventory assignment and distribution.
Data Entry - Update computer system with accurate equipment information.
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Ability to schedule and communicate delivery routes with drivers.
Ability to professionally collaborate with neighboring departments and companies.
Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Typically reports to: Regional Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager
