Experience:

Experience shall include at least four (4) years of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.
Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports.
They will also automate logistic reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real-time inventory monitoring.
TS/SCI level Clearance required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Foundational/Level 2; demonstrate/specify equivalent life cycle logistics training; or possess an additional two (2) year (i.e., total 9 years minimum experience) working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.

Job Objective Provide administrative and logistics support to NSWCEN MEDICAL/SPORT MEDICINE and MENTAL HEALTH for BUD/s students, instructor staff and support staff. Responsibilities
Provide professional, administrative, or technical services in support of medical's initiatives and assigned missions to include Mental Health and Sports Medicine. The work effort is to provide the support required to achieve the desired degree of responsiveness essential to accommodate workload demands.
Maintains inventory control and replenishment of NSWCEN medical office materials. Provide logistic support in requesting and processing stock issues.
Reviews stock limits to determine adjustment levels. Daily monitor high-volume critical spares to ensure adequate stock quantities are available, especially during Hell Week and Tour.
Conducts material location audits to determine location validity, correcting location discrepancies through data input as required, relocate and consolidate stock material as required. Create, modify, and update various data records as required to indicate receipt, issue, and inventory adjustment utilizing an automated system. Communicate unresolved database discrepancies with Senior Medical Advisor and Deputy Senior Medical Officer.
Inputs customer material requirements. Work with N4 Supply and N7 Budget to input final issue status to update computer-based inventories.
Enter purchase requests into BIZFLOW, POWERAPPS, and AMERISOURCE to be vetted and approved by Government official.
