The Logistics & Procurement Specialist supports end-to-end supply chain execution across purchasing, order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment operations. This role owns purchase order lifecycle management, BOM-based procurement, and accurate transaction processing in SAP to ensure material availability, on-time order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. Mandarin Chinese fluency is required to support cross-border/vendor communication. Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and material availability to prevent stockouts and overstock. SAP & Data Accuracy Perform daily SAP transactions related to POs, receipts, inventory movements, and order processing. Ensure master data integrity where applicable (item data, vendors, BOM-related purchasing parameters). Generate and analyze operational reports (open POs, delivery performance, inventory status) and drive actions. Cross-Border / Bilingual Communication Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in Mandarin Chinese and English regarding purchasing, logistics, and order status. Support coordination with China-based teams and suppliers for lead times, shipment timing, and documentation needs. Required Qualifications Mandarin Chinese fluency (speaking/reading/writing) required; professional English required. 2+ years experience in procurement, logistics, fulfillment operations, inventory management, or related supply chain roles. About the Role We're looking for a Parts & Purchasing Coordinator to keep operations running at full speed. This role is the backbone of our field and warehouse flow-making sure technicians have the right parts, the right tools, and everything is ready when it needs to be. You'll handle pickups, deliveries, purchase orders, and inventory organization. Some light cleaning and vehicle tidying are part of the routine-but the main focus is parts, purchasing, and operational support. We have an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in San Jose, California. The schedule is Monday through Friday, daytime hours. The pay range for this position is $22.00. How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our “job.” In general, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for: Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards. Verify and inspect items for accuracy and damage after shipping. Use shipping software and tools to print labels, schedule pickups, and track shipments. Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and update inventory systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area. Communicate with internal departments regarding order status, issues, or delays. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assemble kits accurately based on predefined instructions and component lists. Pick and pack materials such as vials, swabs, paperwork, containers, and packaging materials. Verify contents of kits for completeness and accuracy after shipment. Maintain inventory of kit components and notify supervisor of low stock levels. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and deadlines. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: The skills and education we need are: Associates degree or high school equivalent. All warehouse material flow processes to/from dock to production/shipping via all transport conveyance methods (forklift, on foot, etc) Use systems technology to input, retrieve inventory as well as parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse. Assess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production schedule. Resolve inventory errors through physical and systemic identification in conjunction with warehouse tools. Uncrate critical components for our general assembly customers. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure parts are delivered to our general assembly and base operations customers. Qualifications: Bachlor's with 2-4 years of experience or HS Degree or GED with 6-8 years of experience User level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) Experience with SAP is a plus Good communication skills both written and oral Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties on time. Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment. Ability to lift upto 50 lbs.
