WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? * Advanced knowledge of the systems - IMFirst, IMPULSE, etc. * To provide advanced support in any of the functional areas within the ALC. * Specializes in resolving discrepancies in an assigned area * Support and help others to do their job * Request other associates to perform a task * Collaborates with other Logistics Coordinators * Identify potential talent and communicate the information to Supervisor/ Manager * Leads by example * Works closely with the Team Lead to ensure results are achieved * Work closely with the new hires to ensure they are trained * Works under limited supervision for routine situations * Manage material organization by moving materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas * Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code * Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets / shelves, kit, move orders to packing station or shipping department * All other duties as assigned WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education and Experience: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements. * PC literate. proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. * Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and effectively presenting information one-on-one or in small group situations. * Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve performance. * Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. * Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities. * Ability to deal with multiple demands and various tasks/deadlines simultaneously.
