Follows all company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct as outlined by Knorr Bremse & KBRNA manuals. Perform all steps necessary to prepare documentation for international export shipments adhering to all to government regulations as it pertains to the export functions. Monitor and audit international direct (drop) shipments. Acts as a liaison between suppliers, KBRNA buyers and KBRNA sales department to ensure smooth material and paperwork flow. Perform all steps for maintenance of product trade data in SAP. Assist with material review for product tariff classifications, broker/forwarder correspondence, for preparing USMCA certificates. For customers, preparing certificates of origin and other FTA documentation, and various import/export operational tasks. Initiate and submit resolutions to US/Canada entry discrepancies, to include amending documentation for proper application of duty charges. Performs any additional assignments directed by management. Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
