Position Summary
The Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day procurement, logistics, and inventory operations. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position focused on ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant supply of materials and services.
The role works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners and is operational in nature, with no people-management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
Source and purchase goods, materials, and services in accordance with company policies and quality standards
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms
Review supplier quotes and recommend optimal purchasing solutions
Supplier Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers
Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and delivery
Resolve issues related to discrepancies, delays, or non-conformances
Purchase Order Management
Create, process, and track purchase orders from initiation through delivery
Proactively follow up with vendors to ensure on-time fulfillment
Maintain accurate PO documentation and system records
Logistics & Transportation
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including freight, courier, and specialized transport
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or missing documentation
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records for POs, shipments, invoices, and inventory transactions
Ensure documentation aligns with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Support audit readiness through organized recordkeeping
Cost Control & Reporting
Support budget tracking and cost-control initiatives
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Provide data and reports to support financial planning
Issue Resolution
Address procurement and logistics challenges such as shipment delays or incorrect orders
Track and manage warranties with vendors and customers
Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers
Inventory Management
Manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed
Perform and reconcile periodic inventory counts
Track Service Group tool kits and calibrated equipment
Coordinate tool calibration and replacement of damaged, missing, or expired tools
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
2-4 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or inventory management tools
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based with occasional travel. Flexibility may be required to support time-sensitive shipments or business needs. While governed by company employee guidelines, the role may occasionally require work outside of standard business hours. Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.
This role is most focused on understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with business goals. Then working with our API integrated trading partners to implement and optimize integrations.
API Integration and Testing: Work with development teams to integrate APIs into partner systems, ensuring functionality and performance meet requirements. Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues within our API integrations providing support to internal and external users and development teams.
API Management and Improvement/ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve APIs, including performance, onboarding, maintenance, usability, and testing. Maintain existing integrations, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary updates.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and QA teams internally and externally. Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate problems, and work effectively with others to generate solutions, and achieve a shared goal.
API Documentation: Create and maintain business documentation for APIs including process documentation and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, and SOPs.
Performance Analysis: Analyze available data to identify areas of opportunity at integration points, gaps, and in the overarching performance as well as conversion of the partner APIs.
Support and Maintenance: Provide business focused technical support to clients, manage support tickets, and track/record issues.
Qualifications

Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.

* Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
* Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
* Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
* Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
* Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.

+ Log approvals accurately so orders can be released and shipped; correct rejected/pending decisions by addressing missing documentation or criteria.
+ Monitor upcoming prior auth expirations and initiate re-authorization early to prevent delays on new and reorder supply shipments
+ Prioritize work to give orders a "leg up" based on aging, SLA, and payer requirements.
+ Capture all actions, decisions, and documentation in the appropriate systems with complete, audit-ready notes.
+ Ensure secure handling of PHI and maintain full compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and company policy.
+ Promptly report suspected non-compliance or policy violations and attend required Compliance/HIPAA trainings.
+ Achieve daily throughput goals (accounts/records per day) across mixed work types (portal/web, fax, phone).
+ Meet standardized quality metrics through accurate documentation and adherence to process; participate in supervisor live-monitoring, QA reviews, and 1:1 coaching.

+ High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 3-6 years of experience in healthcare payer-facing work such as prior authorization, insurance verification, medical documentation, revenue cycle, or claims, preferred
+ Proven ability to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards in a queue-based environment.
+ Strong phone skills and professional communication with payers and provider offices; comfortable with sustained phone work.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy when compiling documentation (DWO/CMN, prescriptions, clinical notes).
+ Self-motivated with strong time management; able to pace independently without inbound-call cadence.
+ Customer-centric mindset with a sense of urgency; capable of multitasking (working web/portal tasks while on calls).
+ Working knowledge of HIPAA and secure handling of PHI.
+ Experience with diabetes devices (CGMs, insulin pumps), and familiarity with ostomy, urological, and wound care product categories, preferred.
+ Knowledge of payer criteria for DME prior authorization, including common documentation requirements and medical necessity standards, preferred

The Assistant Wilderness Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the logistics of wilderness trips for participants. This includes securing permits, arranging transportation, managing equipment, coordinating food supplies, and ensuring all logistical elements support a safe and impactful wilderness experience. This position plays a critical role in the success of wilderness programs by enabling seamless operations and supporting the trip instructors and participants. This position may require attending and/or leading wilderness trips.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute the logistical needs of wilderness trips, including but not limited to permits, transportation, equipment procurement, and food supply preparation.
Work closely with Wilderness Trip Instructors to ensure all logistics align with trip objectives and participant needs.
Manage and maintain all wilderness trip equipment, ensuring readiness and safety.
Oversee the packing and distribution of food and supplies, accounting for dietary restrictions and trip duration.
Arrange transportation and coordinate schedules with bus drivers or other transportation providers.
Assist in pre-trip training sessions to familiarize staff and participants with equipment and trip expectations.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and re-order as necessary within budget constraints.
Adhere to risk management policies to ensure participant safety and staff preparedness.
Attend and participate in approximately three weeks of training, which may include but not be limited to Wilderness First Aid, Canoe Instructor, Lifeguarding, Wilderness Trip Instructor Field Training, and parts of All-Staff Training.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a clear criminal background check and safe driving record.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills to motivate and support staff and participants effectively.
Familiarity with wilderness trip logistics, including permits, equipment, and food planning.
Must show enthusiasm, dedication, responsibility and maturity and have the ability to interact and communicate clearly with participants, parents and staff.
Must have or be able to earn a valid Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certification, CPR, Lifeguarding certification, and canoe training. If necessary, training will be provided. Some exceptions to certifications may be made depending on the combination of instructors on any given trip.
