What You Will Do
Lead DOT Compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Manage driver qualification program and lead strategy to maintain compliance adherent to FMCSA.
Maintain Fleet control tower by compiling data and developing industry standard for fleet metrics.
Data management and upkeep including asset details, driver manager contact, and cost center details.
Oversight of fuel purchase cards, driver fuel pins and ensure each vehicle has a current and active fuel card.
Partner with Raytheon functional leaders and management teams to lead the on-road safety and regulatory program to best-in-class.
Coordinate with driver supervisors and fleet leaders to execute strategies to build/maintain a culture of safety throughout all aspects of on-road transportation operations.
Coordinate the accident investigation and response process, guide business leadership through post-incident closeout.
Execute problem solving difficult to moderately complex issues and establish solutions to enhance the overall performance of the job function.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Harmonize freight and fleet best practices across Raytheon Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Logistics teams.
Develop and manage key performance metrics to drive carrier/3PL performance and evaluate transportation expenses.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld device for each vehicle received at the Auction including:
Vehicle Identification number (VIN)
Stock number
Dealer identification number
Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.
Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
Associate Tracker device to WO# and install on OBD port or strap 2nd generation tracker around steering wheel.
Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 - 3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.

Key Responsibilities:
Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld device for each vehicle received at the Auction including:
Vehicle Identification number (VIN)
Stock number
Dealer identification number
Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.
Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
Associate Tracker device to WO# and install on OBD port or strap 2nd generation tracker around steering wheel.
Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.

Verify demonstration and validate the “proof-in” processes of new and upgraded missile test equipment capabilities.
Provide logistical audit support for annual Department of Navy (DoN) audits and Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR) audits. Support includes attending weekly meetings related to audit activities, providing a quarterly inventory report, and attending audits at RMD facilities as the Tech Rep representative for onsite support.

Load and unload frozen products safely, minimizing temperature exposure
Monitor freezer conditions and report temperature or equipment issues

Experience in frozen food, refrigerated distribution, warehouse, or delivery preferred
Understanding of cold-chain and food safety practices (training provided if needed)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to work in freezer and refrigerated environments for extended periods
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Comfortable working in cold temperatures and fast-paced conditions
Schedule
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend. Typical schedule is 6 am to 3pm. Flexibility required due to business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $20 - $23/hour, based on experience
