Geoffrey Finlay brings more than 35 years of experience in the technology sector to his role as CEO at Logistyx Technologies. A serial and successful entrepreneur, he has acted as CEO for both UK and US public companies and has held chairmanships as well as non-executive director roles in public and venture-backed businesses. Geoffrey also lead the sale of nCipher to Thales during his tenure as CEO and acted as managing director at JDA Software (now Blue Yonder) during the company’s NASDAQ floatation. Previously in his career, he served as chairman of UDEX Ltd. and CEO at Kewill Systems.

Bill leads the team of technologists and engineers responsible for integrating Logistyx solutions with the systems of more than 500 carriers around the world and bringing shippers the best of cloud-based and on-premise solutions to enable shippers to reduce shipping costs by as much as 40 percent or more. Before joining Logistyx, Bill held executive management positions for several leading logistics software solution providers. He served as the EVP of Operations for Eyefreight, president of Kewill Solutions North America, and also lead development for several years while at Sterling Commerce. Throughout his career, he has provided logistics consulting services for many of the world’s leading shippers.

Dipti Gupta brings more than 20 years of experience as a supply chain leader to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Logistyx Technologies. Prior to Logistyx, Dipti served as Vice President of Professional Services and Account Management at Blume Global, a provider of global logistics and digital supply chain solutions. Her previous roles include leadership positions at E2open, Model N, Flextronics, and Hewlett-Packard. Throughout her career, Dipti has served as a visionary team leader of high-growth, customer-focused enterprises with experience in SaaS products, supply chain transformation, and technology implementations across a broad range of clients and industries.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jit oversees financial strategy and operations for Logistyx, ensuring the company delivers increasing value to its stakeholders through balanced growth and sound fiscal management. With more than 18 years of executive experience in various financial roles, Jit has a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, accounting, and process improvement with a detailed understanding of cloud software companies. Prior to Logistyx, Jit served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Kyriba, where he built and implemented strategic plans to drive sales, hiring, and operations for the global leader in cloud treasury and finance solutions. Before Kyriba, Jit served as Head of Finance and Accounting at Protegrity, a global leader in data security. Jit has also held financial leadership positions at Triple Point Technology, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Yorkville Advisors.

Ken oversees sales, product and service enhancements, and innovations at Logistyx and leads teams in charge of marketing and product development, focused on bringing the industry’s most robust offering to shippers around the globe. Since the mid-1990s, Ken has led successful launches of many new technologies and services, including supply chain management, e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise software and systems integration solutions. Ken most recently served as CEO of Eyefreight, where he grew revenue ten-fold during his five years at the company. Prior to Eyefreight, Ken served in a variety of executive and management roles at Transora, Kewill, Sterling Commerce, and other technology businesses.

Matt manages financial strategy and operations for Logistyx, ensuring the company delivers growing value to its stakeholders through balanced growth and sound fiscal management. Since the mid-1990s, Matt has served the communications and logistics industries starting as a controller and then as a successful CFO. Most recently he served as the CFO of Vertrauen Chemie Solutions, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and initial capitalization of the company in order to build it through simultaneous multistate carve-out acquisitions. Before that he served as the CFO of AXIOM SalesForce Development, a SaaS provider in the sales performance management arena. Matt graduated from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business with a BBA in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting.
