Lead cross-functional teams in interpreting data, identifying root causes, and implementing systemic improvements. Introduce data-based risk assessment methodologies and correlation models between process variation and field performance. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supplier Quality to integrate design quality into early product development phases. Partner with Customer Experience and Service teams to build closed-loop feedback systems that translate field data into actionable improvements. Collaborate with IT and Data teams to develop scalable analytics architecture and reporting tools. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 12+ years in Quality, Reliability, or Manufacturing leadership roles, with 5+ years at a senior management level. Proven experience modernizing or implementing global quality systems and data platforms. Experience managing quality across multiple brands, ODMs, and manufacturing sites preferred. Technical Skills Strong understanding of FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, PPAP, and APQP methodologies. Proficiency with data analytics, visualization, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Familiarity with manufacturing data integration (MES, ERP, PLM) and supplier quality systems. Knowledge of reliability testing, DFMEA/PFMEA, and failure analysis practices. Leadership & Competencies Strategic thinker with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business outcomes. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
