Dr. Phillip Villella brings a rich background in complex data analysis, software development and advanced physics to LogRhythm, applying his expertise with advanced analytics and mathematical simulations toward developing the next generation of Log and Event Management solutions. He has held research positions at the University of New Mexico Surface Physics Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory and the University of Colorado. A significant portion of Villella’s doctoral thesis involved designing and implementing software capable of performing high performance numerical simulations and advanced data analysis. Villella holds a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Colorado.

Chris Petersen is a Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at LogRhythm and is based in United States.

Strategic Chief Financial Officer with mergers & acquisitions and private equity experience. Expertise in software and technology enabled businesses.

I am responsible for the strategy and execution of the Global Technology Services function at LogRhythm. The internal team includes the following functions: Global Help Desk, Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Global Network Operations.

Kish is a high energy executive with a track record of success in professional services, customer support, operations, strategy, and business transformation. His career has revolved around delivering business results through an analytical data driven approach, establishing a strong meaningful vision, and building highly effective teams.

As part of the LogRhythm Executive Leadership Team, Kish leads the Global Services and Customer Success organization. LogRhythm is a leader in security intelligence and analytics where they empower organizations around the globe to rapidly detect, respond to and neutralize damaging cyber threats. Prior to this, Kish held key roles in global professional services, product management, business transformation, and business operations.

Kish was raised in Albuquerque NM and attended college at UC Berkeley and Stanford University. Outside of work Kish is passionate about helping to improve the public education system. As part of that effort he help found and launch Discovery Charter School II which operates a kindergarten through 8th grade public school in the South SF Bay Area with ~500 students. Kish currently resides just outside of Boulder Colorado with his wife and two children.
