Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Neurology has an opportunity for board certified/board eligible neurologists to join our team. The neuromuscular section currently has 7 faculty with varied interests that provide neuromuscular expertise to our ambulatory and inpatient services. This position includes neuromuscular clinic, regular time in our AANEM-accredited EMG Laboratory and rotations on our inpatient neurology teaching service. There is additional opportunity for participation in neuromuscular clinics and the EMG lab at our growing program at Riverside University Medical Center, intraoperative monitoring and peripheral ultrasonography. This position is perfect for a clinician educator and offers weekly teaching sessions and a regional monthly neuromuscular conference. Our faculty are core participants in resident, student, and fellow education at both the bedside and medical school level. The Security Officer III position is charged with providing the security services for campus and contracted areas as well as being the lead supervising unit of the Security Office and its employees of a lesser rank. This includes student dispatchers, campus ambassadors, and campus assistant patrol officers. Also, this officer will supervise those in Security Officer I and II positions, as well as those with the Security Officer III position who have a lesser departmental rank. Job Description: The student worker will assist the Facility Manager (direct supervisor) and Athletic Department staff with scheduled and routine groundskeeping duties and operation procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Sports field maintenance - Prepping for practices and games - Weed and pest control. - Irrigation supervision 2. The Biology Student Laboratory Teaching Assistant (TA2) assists the instructor & Laboratory Coordinator with preparation & operation of laboratory classes whether in-person or virtual. The TA2 may provide instruction during the laboratory. The Department of Physics invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position to begin on July 1, 2026 at assistant professor or associate professor rank. Applicants must meet the University's requirements for faculty rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, including a terminal degree earned in the field, and demonstrate a clear potential for excellence in teaching and research. Candidates near the completion of a terminal degree will also be considered. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching about 2-3 lecture courses and 1-2 lab courses per quarter, conducting original research, advising, and serving on various committees on campus. Candidates with expertise in any area of physics or biophysics are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those who can teach upper division biophysics courses. While full-faculty are paid throughout the 12 months of the year, the appointment is for the 9-months academic year. Initially, the primary responsibilities will be focused on teaching lower division service courses with their associated labs. It is expected that over time the teaching load will adjust to include upper division physics or biophysics courses, as needed. Other responsibilities will be to conduct original research while involving undergraduate students and participating in committee service as part of the shared governance model of La Sierra University. Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics has an immediate opening for a full-time Board Certified/Eligible Clinical and Metabolic Geneticist. This position includes a faculty appointment, commensurate with training and experience, at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician/educator, who is newly trained or more experienced in metablic genetics but may also have broad interests in all facets of clinical genetics and genomics. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to newborn screening, patient care, inpatient consults, outpatient genetic clinics and multidisciplinary team settings, teaching medical students, pediatric and neurology residents, genetic counseling students, and research.
