Enter accurate and current information in the computer for each patient. Communicate with RN and MA via phone template and text messaging. Adhere to current productivity requirements for department. Provide training of new and existing personnel and assist in overseeing job assignments and work schedules. Report any equipment failures to Manager and IT Assist with coordination of staffing needs, job assignments and work/lunch schedules; recommend changes as needed; ensure Saturday coverage in advance Present positive role model and clinic image Assist with coverage for lunch breaks, leaves, vacations, sick days, etc. Ensure all Operators are working efficiently Report any Operator training needs to Call Center Manager Act as a resource to other Operators as needed Ensure communication of information and procedures between all shifts to ensure all instructions are followed Assist in the coordination of the clinic and ensure optimal customer service Monitor assigned staff to ensure they are meeting call center productivity standards; recommend performance improvement as needed Share Call Center metrics; provide input for weekly goals Provide staff training on new procedures and customer service Qualifications Minimum High school graduate or equivalent Minimum three years' call center or medical office experience Bilingual English/Spanish Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Thorough knowledge of the Clinics, providers and procedures performed Knowledge of the Clinic products and services Knowledge of health care delivery systems and the ability to use that knowledge in assisting clients to access necessary health care services Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities Pay Range $22.00 - $24.00 Depending On Experience
