Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics. Routinely turn and position patients. Provide support to the nursing department by assisting with non-nursing tasks, including, but not limited to bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies. Perform range of motion and reality orientation with residents as directed. Qualifications: Must provide written proof of completion of 16hr ADL training by an authorized School/Instructor.
