As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

Responsibilities:
Only perform patient care areas for which the student has received training.
Accountable for personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, catheter care, peri care, dressing), and observation of residents within patient care policy guidelines.
Identify and report any condition requiring management attention.
Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room.
Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
Routinely turn and position patients.
Provide support to the nursing department by assisting with non-nursing tasks, including, but not limited to bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
Perform range of motion and reality orientation with residents as directed.
Qualifications:
Must provide written proof of completion of 16hr ADL training by an authorized School/Instructor.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities.
Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
