# Job Summary:
As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will conduct planning, formation, administration, and close-out of large, moderately complex service and construction type subcontracts in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position will also perform tasks as assigned to include, but not limited to, planning, bidder prequalification, development of bidder lists, development of bid solicitation packages, bid analysis, negotiations, administration, change management and close-out of service, and construction type subcontracts. The Secretary of the Air Force has delegated authority by the Office of the Secretary of Defense to directly appoint qualified students directly into competitive service positions; positions may be professional or administrative occupations and located Air Force-Wide. Positions may be filled as permanent/term with a full-time schedule. Pay will vary by geographic location.
* The term "Current post-secondary student" means a person who is currently enrolled and in good academic standing at a full-time program at an institution of higher education; and is progressing toward a baccalaureate or graduate degree; and has completed at least 1 year of the program.

Job Description:
The Maintenance Overnight / Security Agent is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the properties' culture and policies by regularly patrolling the grounds and proactively creating positive relationships with all guests. The successful team member particularly identifies, targets, and establishes positive relationships with those who may pose concern later in the evening, and serves as a polite but firm reminder when complaints arise.
