Role Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist of Doors and Millwork you will be responsible for participating and supporting daily sales activities. Taking orders, initiating sales and working as a team member in order to meet customer's needs. Each Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing their assigned product lines, including purchasing, monitoring inventory levels, pricing, and promoting their product lines. Monitor marketplace trends and develops appropriate sales and marketing strategies. Communicate market fluctuations and trends to customers. Assist outside sales staff in developing and executing marketing programs and promotions. Coordinates product education to co-workers and performs new product research while cultivating new vendors to stay current with the evolving marketplace. Interact with vendors as necessary to maintain relationships and to provide support to our customers questions and concerns. Perform other work-related duties as assigned by your supervisor and adapt to changes that occur during the course of employment.

POSITION SCOPE

The Plumber reads blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste & drainage systems. Plumbers work in cooperation with other laborers and trades to ensure that all specifications and policies are met, and to ensure the efficient completion of any project.
What Youll Do:
Review building plans & specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
Identify the required tools and special equipment.
Select the size and type of pipe required for the job.
Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
Assemble and install valves and fittings.
Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls.
Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems.
Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim.
Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.

POSITION SCOPE

**Job Description**
As a Project Structural Engineer at Olsson, you will work with some of the world's largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will independently handle engineering and project management tasks on small to medium-sized projects, from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include processing design calculations, developing project scopes and schedules, and producing structural construction drawings and specifications. Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.

+ Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required
+ Experience utilizing structural design and drafting software packages preferred
+ 7+ years of relevant experience
+ Data Center experience preferred
+ Revit experience required
+ Must be a registered professional engineer
