JOB TITLE: Human Resources Generalist REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources The following statements reflect the general duties, responsibilities and competencies considered necessary to perform the essential functions of the job and should not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements of this position. JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Generalist executes and manages various human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee pension and benefits, training and development, and compliance for the benefit of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manages recruitment and hiring process including working closely with hiring managers, and extending job offers. * Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates. * Maintains relationships with candidate referral sources including recruitment agencies and schools. * Reviews college affiliate agreements and collaborates with managers to place volunteers, interns and students into assignments throughout the company * Assists with the administration of the Learning Management System * Assists in coordinating Compliance reviews and assessments. * Participates in maintaining personnel records, including benefit plan participation, personnel transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations), and employees statistics for reporting purposes. * In conjunction with the HR Team, coordinates employee events (i.e. Year End Party, vendor site visits). * Assists in coordination of new hire orientation and other training activities. * Assists with various research projects, audits, and/or special projects. * Maintain Confidentiality of files and incidents. * Coordinates the compilation of employee handbook and training of employees of use * Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * BA/BS in business administration, human resources or related field required. * Human Resources certification (HRIC/SHRM) preferred. * Experience using ADP and Medtrainer preferred. * 5 years of experience in a broad human resources role as a human resources generalist or coordinator. * Experience with human resource policies and procedures in the healthcare industry preferred. * Knowledge and experience with recruiting and retention of medical, nursing and other healthcare personnel preferred. * Understanding of human resources principles and practices, with special emphasis on Recruitment and Employment, Diversity, Immigration Matters, and Training and Organizational Development. * Working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to administering human resources. JOB TITLE: Manager of Quality REPORTS TO: Chief Medical Officer JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Quality reports to HHLI's Chief Medical Officer and is responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance and improvement initiatives at HHLI. The manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our services meet and exceed industry standards, regulatory requirements, and patient expectations. The ideal candidate will have some background in healthcare quality management, the ability to identify, prioritize, and systematically address regulatory guidelines, and the ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders across a range of departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and strategies to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and improve patient outcomes. * Establish and maintain quality metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of clinical processes and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify opportunities for enhancing quality of care, patient safety, and operational efficiency. * In conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer, conduct regular audits, reviews, and evaluations of clinical practices, documentation, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. * Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, protocols, and best practices. * Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members involved in quality improvement activities, including training, coaching, and mentorship. * Analyze data, trends, and patterns to identify root causes of quality-related issues and develop action plans for remediation and performance improvement. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care through education, communication, and recognition of achievements. * Serve as a liaison with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and accrediting organizations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. * Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management, governing boards, and quality committees. * In conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer, structure the agenda and goals of the Clinical Quality Improvement and Risk Management Committee meetings. * Support the site practice and nurse managers in maintaining Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certification, by handling all required reporting through the NCQA Q-PASS system, and by assisting in the planning and execution of clinical improvement projects, using PDSA methodology. A basic understanding of healthcare quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, PDSA cycles, and root cause analysis. Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, NCQA), and federal guidelines governing federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvement. Proven leadership abilities with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and healthcare information systems. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Full-time, on-site role. Must be willing to travel between our various health center and school-based health center sites, as needed. SALARY: $70,000 - $80,000 annually MORE INFORMATION : This is an exempt position.
