To assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. Associate must be able to work in a 24 hour operation. Answers resident questions regarding resident statements; resolves any issues concerning same. 6. Collection calls made to those residents/resident responsible party whose accounts are past due. 7.
