DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in opening and closing bank when needed. Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service. Balance cash and vault cash. Balance ATM and check for supplies. Work-up deposit bags. Approve checks within limits. Assist customers in resolving account related problems. Have knowledge of customer or obtain proper ID. Cross-sell products to customers. Assist customers with ATM issues. Order and stock adequate supplies. Attend bank meetings and educational seminars as required. Process and wrap coin. Take and process utility payments Answer phone inquiries. Be able to operate fax machine and copier. Have the ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current customers. Promote morale and good communications. Help with monthly reports. Order checks for customers. Help to keep customer information up to date. Follow all bank policies. Represent TrustBank at community functions. Be familiar with all products and services offered by the bank. Perform other miscellaneous duties pertaining to the job. WORKING CONDITIONS The position is a part-time position, working 15-20 hours per week. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the bank and availability on Saturdays is required. Some of the work is repetitive, and you will be required to deal with the public and must be courteous and efficient. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate. The duties of the job may require the employee to stand, walk, use hands, and feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands, arms and talk or hear. Ability to lift 25-pounds.
