As a Global Network Exploitation and Vulnerability Analyst with NSA, Lewis used his experience as a network security engineer to analyze network data of interest and provide actionable reporting for Counter Terrorism and Target Analysts. This work included routing analysis, protocol decode and malware analysis as well as other tactics and techniques. Lewis is an Internet infrastructure, network analysis, and threat intelligence subject matter expert. His background as a network analyst and global network security engineer is unparalleled.

Dana Mariano is the Chief Financial Officer for LookingGlass. With more than 20 years of experience, she is an accomplished financial and business executive focused on providing strategic business insights and recommendations to the senior executive team.

Dana’s past experiences include successfully executing the transition of 3 early-stage technology companies to public entities, including Invincea to Sophos; NetWitness to RSA Security; and CareFusion to CardinalHealth, with a combined enterprise sale value of $450M+. She has recently worked with software and cybersecurity companies across a wide range of business and delivery models, including subscription-based, SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce.

Lee Mariano brings more than 18 years of experience directing and leading human resource functions. As the LookingGlass Chief Human Resources Officer, her responsibilities include aligning human resources initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. She provides direction for the full range of human capital functions, including: an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. Lee has extensive experience designing a multi-faceted human resources strategy linked to business goals, developing and implementing process improvements in the areas of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and implementing a competency-based succession plan and management development initiative. Prior to joining LookingGlass, Lee was Director of Human Resources at NTVI Federal, Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources management and operations. She also has served in HR leadership roles at EngagePoint, Inc. and SRA International.
