Pros of working at Loomis Express

If there are any benefits to work for this company it is with the people who work beside you.

Cons of working at Loomis Express

Management does notcare nor concern themselves with the boots on the ground. They focus solely on how much they can claw back from drivers, how little staff they can get by with, and how much they can get away with for the rates customers pay. There is zero focus on what is the real reason why customers use Loomis Express and that is how the contract operators treat "Their" customers. If not for the relationships built between customers and drivers, there would not be a Loomis Express.

What do you like best about Loomis Express's CEO and the leadership team?

There is zero leadership at levels above ground level.

How would you improve Loomis Express's culture?

Respect the boots on the ground. Pay solid wages and rates. Stop cutting drivers rates at every opportunity. Improve work site conditions since many locations use run down, environmentally unhealthy locations. Hire REAL union representatives and not puppets!
