In response to the ever-increasing complexity of capital markets and Loomis' investment philosophy to a disciplined investment process, the Applied IQ team has taken the initiative to build quantitative investment tools to support and enhance the firm's fundamental research capabilities and portfolio management capabilities. The position requires knowledge of the various credit (and some equity) strategies managed at the firm, and the underlying investment processes utilized to select stocks/issuers and build portfolios. THE ROLE
As a senior member of the Global Enablement & Strategic Projects team, this role designs, delivers, and manages cross-functional initiatives that support the business goals of the organization. The incumbent leads the development and execution of enablement programs, oversees strategic projects, and partners with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of projects, developing training curricula, and fostering an environment of open communication and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage & Deliver Enablement Programs: Implement customized enablement and training programs for global distribution, leveraging technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic).
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee strategic, Enablement projects from inception to completion, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and communication plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal client groups, business divisions, and departments globally.
Training & Curriculum Development: Create role-based curricula, manage the development of instructional materials, and deliver live and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project and program effectiveness, create metrics to measure success, and report progress/issues to sponsors and steering committees.
Resource & Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and resource needs, escalate issues, gaps and needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
6-8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training.
Experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects and developing/delivering training programs.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Deep understanding of Salesforce, Seismic and Tableau.
Experience developing on-demand training content and Enablement programs.
Agile experience

Base Salary Range: $107,000.00 - $154,000.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
