As a result, I’ve developed teams, built systems and developed policies and procedures, grown brands, consulted and grew start-up's, monetized assets, and drove top-line revenue to maximize companies’ value and ROI to shareholders.Over the years I’ve built teams and developed an amazing network of top talent. Loot Crate™, one of the category leaders in subscription commerce, has named veteran creative executive David Voss, Chief Creative Officer (CCO). In this newly created role, Voss will drive the Company’s long-term creative vision and lead strategy around the Company’s creative efforts. He will also manage product curation, branding and development, as well as well as a number of creative assets used to drive consumer engagement physically and digitally. Voss will report directly to Loot Crate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Chris Davis.

Working in every aspect of kids entertainment, David has managed many of the industry's most recognized and beloved brands, including Hot Wheels, GI Joe, Batman, Cars, Toy Story, WWE, and Barbie; and he has had the honor of working with some of the industry's best in class

storytellers, including Warner Brothers, Pixar, Disney, Dream Works, Fox, and Cartoon Network.

Leading Mattel's Playground Productions, David manages an entertainment development and production team whose mission is to bring branded content into the hands of today's kids--in the multiple new ways today's kids consume and contribute to content. He is at the forefront of the new need to maximize content's potential in a fractured and media savvy world. Beyond physical, beyond digital, beyond screen, he and his team have a single mission: to spark imagination and inspire play.
