management does not have a clue more like babysitters I had more answers than they did..wow

More knowledgeable plant management
Be yourself was laid back
The pro's at Loparex is the benefit package
In my experience with Loparex the Cons were the toxic working environment, poor management at the plant level. and the only drive was for profits.
the 6% 401K match for employees over 50 years of age and employed for at least 2 years.
There is a new CEO at Loparex since I was employed there. By the past CEO wanteds to move the culture. This was a major problem because there was no but-in from plant management
Hire a new Production manager, supply chain manager, engineering manager, area managers, and maintenance manager.
Reviewed my experience's and researched the company.
It is lower then average throughout west central WI
There was very little diversity and a lot of bigotry.
The end of the shift and getting out of the toxic environment of the plant.
The pay is good if you can handle the poor management.
The facility never established a good working culture. Production is prioritized over safety. The company doesn't reward loyalty.
The interviews are easy because they really don't know what they are doing.
The management lacks the experience to run a company.
I would recommend selling it to a larger corporation that knows how to instill a positive culture.
No need to prepare. My interview was simple, but they were desperate.
Compensation is relative to what they need at the time. They will use you and discard you.
It depends on what you consider diversity. They have no idea what they are doing.
Going home.
