Loparex company history timeline
The company name "Loparex" was selected in 2001, when the then Lo hjan Pa peri Group, the company Rex on release from the British acquired Verpackungsmittel- and beverage can maker Rexam plc.
2004 Loparex opened a factory in Guangzhou, China.
In its first-ever assessment, Loparex’s largest manufacturing location placed in the top 20% of the more than 90,000 companies rated by EcoVadis since 2007.
2015 Acquire100% ownership of India joint venture company, Kaygee-Loparex India Private Ltd.
As part of the capacity expansion in the Asian countries, a plant was opened in China and in 2015 Kaygee-Loparex was fully integrated into Loparex.
With the 2019 acquisition of Infiana, a leading international release liner and engineering film company, Loparex is furthering its stated intent to become the universal release liner solutions provider of choice.
Loparex announced today that its owner, Pamplona Capital Management, has appointed Charmaine Riggins as the Loparex Group’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 10th, 2022.
