Upper management is very caring and involved in process. They genuinely try to assist and provide as many resources as possible.

Cons of working at Lopez Foods, Inc.

Working 6-7 days a week and 10.5 hrs. a day. Short handed on 2nd shift with qualified operators and management. The hiring process is very vague and management is not included in the selection.
