Served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of LORD Corporation, a privately held, global innovation and manufacturing company with 3,000 employees in 26 countries. Visionary leader who led an enterprise and cultural transformation, resulting in LORD becoming a $1B revenue company in 2018. In 2019, led the sale of LORD to Parker Hannifin Corporation for $3.675B, unlocking significantly more value than expected. Recognized leader in the Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive, Noise-Vibration-Harshness and Specialty Material/Polymer/Chemical Industries.Began career at LORD in 1984 under the student Co-op Program and held numerous management and leadership positions across the company throughout career. Served in managerial positions in the Aerospace, Industrial, and Chemical Global Product Groups, including overseas assignments in France and England.Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University. Graduated from the Chicago Booth Executive Institute in 2009. Served on the Aerospace Industries Association Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees of the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation. Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the National Association of Corporate Directors and Penn State Behrend’s Council of Fellows.
