The Client Support Analyst provides essential technical support for end-users across the organization, ensuring optimal satisfaction with their computing environment. This role involves troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues, documenting solutions, and contributing to a positive end-user experience. Reporting directly to the Client Support Manager, the Client Support Analyst works closely with the Desktop Administrator and other IT staff to resolve complex problems and maintain efficient IT operations.
Responsibilities
Job Duties Specific to This Position:
Performs on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop, laptop, and endpoint problems for end-users, implementing corrective solutions as needed.
Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver required desktop service levels.
Administers and resolves issues with associated end-user workstation software products and applications.
Supports and troubleshoots Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Supports and troubleshoots Cisco VoIP phones, CUCM admin, and CUC admin.
Works with the Desktop Engineer to ensure efficient operation of the desktop computing environment.
Manages user accounts and permissions within Active Directory (ADUC) and Azure.
Utilizes Dameware or other remote desktop tools to provide efficient support.
Documents instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal, and analyzes data to determine trends and corrective actions.
Maintains an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, network cards, and other components and equipment.
Deploys, configures, and manages operating systems (Windows 11), applications, and updates using Intune and other deployment tools.
Manages and maintains endpoint security, including Microsoft Defender.
Places orders for new and replacement equipment using Fraxion/eRequester.
Assists with the deployment and maintenance of phone equipment as needed.

The Nurse Manager, RN conducts patient assessments, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care delivered to those we serve. Responsibilities
Job duties specific to this position:
Works under the immediate supervision of the Manager of Support Services and from detailed instructions or prescribed or established routines.
Performs all types of heavy duty cleaning as assigned, uses appropriate heavy duty commercial-type vacuums, buffing and shampoo equipment, portable applicators, scrubbing machines, mop buckets, etc.; spot cleans or completely cleans and shampoos carpet areas and furniture; scrubs, strips, wet mops, waxes or otherwise maintains non-carpeted floors and stairways; works off ladders and washes down walls, ceilings, windows, light fixtures, washes doors, mops boards, trash and laundry barrels; cleans porters closet; picks up refuse, moves heavy furniture or equipment, takes down and re-hangs drapes, etc.
Cleans in isolation areas and wears appropriate mask and garb.
Follows established safety and infection control practices; properly safeguards work areas, especially when mopping and waxing floors, working overhead or around patients.
Reports unusual conditions to the supervisor.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or ability to pass a written TABE test.
Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
Ability to follow simple verbal and written directions.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to lift or move heavy objects required.
Ability to use any of the following: mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, utility carts, floor cleaning machines, wet/dry vacuums and any other equipment used in the ordinary pursuit of the department objective.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, talk, hear, see and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities
Job Duties Specific To This Position:
Supervises and directs activities of the Certified Home Health Aides including activities of daily living, personal supervision, participation in social and leisure activities, and the provision of companionship and emotional support to residents.
Monitors delivery of resident care to ensure excellent customer service and quality expectations are met.
Performs any and all functions of personal care as needed.
Collaborates with clinical team on admissions and re-admissions. Reviews medical evaluation and clarifies discrepancies.
Upon new admission/re-admission, meets with residents and families to establish care plans.
Verifies care plans are complete, current and accurate. Notifies manager of discrepancies.
Evaluates resident on admission and completes appropriate documentation. Maintains records according to facility policies and New York State Department of Health regulations and guidelines. Reviews records and updates as needed.
Provides on-going communication to families, residents, and medical management team to ensure appropriate notifications regarding medical conditions and updates.
Supervises and provides care to residents who are ill: reports any changes in condition to immediate supervisor promptly; notifies family, physicians, and others promptly.
Ensures resident medications and supplies are available and in stock. Orders and reorders medications per physician orders.
Manages and processes changes to physician orders. Provides notification to pharmacy of any medication changes.
Maintains and monitors accurate records for narcotic substances prescribed for residents.
Maintains and completes any required paperwork associated with laboratory testing or emergency care for the residents.
Assists with the scheduling of necessary medical appointments for residents. Prepares physician consult sheets for medical appointments.
Supervises and assists with processes to facilitate prompt and accurate completion of all documentation, such as MARs, medication documentation, 24-hour reports, incident reports and task sheets. Reviews medical evaluations (including DSS3122, or 4449) for accuracy with manager. Addresses deficiencies appropriately.
Manages and facilitates the orientation process for all new Certified Home Health Aides, and the annual health and reorientation processes for current employees.
Attends mandatory in-services and professional development programs as required.
Promotes staff development and participation in training and in-services.
Monitors and manages direct care staff effectiveness. Participates in the evaluation, coaching and disciplinary process for Certified Home Health Aides. Follows the progressive discipline process based on the collective bargaining unit.
Assists in resolution strategies and implementation of plans to address resident or family complaints as they arise.
Actively participates in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) audits.
Reports safety concerns and any necessary repairs to maintenance department.
Monitors daily staffing to ensure and assign adequate staff coverage for residents care.
Ensures the smooth operation and delivery of all services and responds appropriately and/or takes action to resolve appropriately in the absence of other department supervisors.
Monitors the physical plant for safety, security and effective operation.
Understands the emergency preparedness plan and can verbalize their role during an event.

WHAT DOES A HOME HEALTH AIDE DO?
As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), supporting the mission of Loretto, will include the following responsibilities:
Provide health care tasks to serve Loretto residents, including, personal hygiene services, housekeeping tasks, and other related support services essential to the residents' health
