9.) Ensure adequate manure inventory for establishing the correct spreading locations.
10.) Communicate with Feedlot Manager and the Crop Farm Manager on any items regarding manure management.
11.) Keep the tractor, spreaders, ag trailers, and all other equipment clean, organized and efficient.
12.) Assist on reporting sick cattle, leaking waters, fencing issues, bunk breakage, feed distribution, etc.
13.) Coordinate the removal of manure, dirt, clay, or sand being brought back into the pens, and apron cleaning.
14.) Do your part to promote a sense of teamwork, camaraderie, safety and an enjoyable work environment.
15.) Perform regular maintenance of your equipment, parking locations, and keep the facilities neat and orderly.
16.) When operating equipment, check oil and fluids, keep the equipment and cab clean, do regular maintenance according to established procedure, and be sure that fuel is filled at the end of the day.
17.) Be Alert! Drive and operate all equipment according to established operational and safety procedures.
18.) Drive pickup trucks, 4-wheelers and machinery with basic common sense. Dents, abuse and other carelessness will not be tolerated.
19.) Provide ideas for new and innovative ways to provide care for cattle at the lowest possible cost with the greatest possible efficiency.
20.) Work in coordination with the Owners and the Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Spraying & Chemical Application
Safely operate, calibrate, and maintain self-propelled and pull-type sprayers to ensure proper application rates and coverage.
Drive and operate trucks in support of spraying and field operations, including transporting chemicals, equipment, and materials as needed.
Safely handle, mix, and apply agricultural chemicals (fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides) in compliance with label instructions, company policies, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor weather conditions, crop health, and field conditions to determine optimal timing and effectiveness of chemical applications.
Maintain accurate and timely application records, including products used, application rates, dates, and field information.
General Field Operations

Speech Therapist-PRN

General Purpose The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts inservices and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
Essential Duties
* Evaluate patients within twenty-four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral. If unable to complete evaluation in 24 hours, documentation in medical record clearly defines cause for delay.
* Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician.
* Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
* Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act.
* Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
* Participate in Patient Care Conferences, Utilization Review meetings and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
* Participate in in-services training program for other staff in the facility.
* Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertification documentation, per Speech and Language Pathologist in the Board State Practice Act and governmental and third party payer requirements.
* Record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
* Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
* Participate in discharge planning.
* Act as a clinical preceptor for affiliating CFY/RFP Speech-Language Pathologist and student programs.
* Comply with the Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Bureau State Practice Act and the facility policy and procedures.
* Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.
Supervisory Requirements
Supervises CFY - Speech Clinical Fellows, if applicable, and assists nursing with training of Restorative Aides.
Qualification
Education and/or Experience
A master's or doctoral degree in SLP and meet either of these requirements:
* Is licensed as an SLP by the state in which they provide services;
OR
* In the case of a person who practices in a state that doesn't license SLPs, they must have:
o Successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or be in the process of accumulating supervised clinical experience);
o Performed at least 9 months of supervised full-time SLP services after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree in SLP or a related field; and
o Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Licensed as an Speech Therapist in the state.
Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.
Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.
