U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance In addition to the above, the minimum requirements for the Senior Project Engineer - Secure Enterprise Crypto Architect role: * A minimum of 12 years engineering experience in in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Network Engineering * Working knowledge of multiple types of Proven ability and expertise in cryptographic technologies, standards, and policies * Strong leadership, team management and collaboration abilities. * Proficient in Linux and its native programming or scripting languages How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: * Advanced degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or similar technical area of study * Experience with implementing and operating COMSEC items, primarily space-based cryptographic solutions, but also terrestrial cryptographic solutions * Experience with space and ground system infrastructure, including design, implementation, and operation of COMSEC hardware, network devices, compute systems * Experience with designing or implementing data-in-transit flows and data structures-both space and ground-at all layers of OSI model * Experience with configuring Amazon Web Services (AWS) based cloud computing services * Proficient in Linux and its native programming or scripting languages * Test plan authoring, editing, review, and execution * Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain SAP clearances, which is issued by the US government.
