    **What You Will Do** This position will be filled at either the Program Manager 2 (PM-2) or Program Manager 3 (PM-3) level, depending on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. The Associate Laboratory Directorate for Weapons Production (ALDWP) at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) supports the Nation's nuclear deterrence mission by producing plutonium pits, detonators, and other non-nuclear components while sustaining advanced manufacturing capabilities that serve both national security and scientific purposes. The Production System Maturation (PSM) initiative is transforming ALDWP by aligning six strategic areas: Continuous Improvement, Asset Management, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Employee Development & Retention, and Continuous Operations.
