Chief Benedict teaches and consults on Leadership and Ethics Training, Implicit Bias and Constitutional Policing Training, Recruitment and Retention, and Law Enforcement Response to Mental Health Issues. In addition, Chief Benedict has expertise in Crisis Intervention, Policy and Procedural Development, Executive Police Force Review, Critical Incident Review, and Special Response Teams.
